- The restaurant manager is outstanding, he does an incredible job. It is 5 star superior hotel level when it comes to the breakfast and dinner. Bravo to the employees and the kitchen! Several employees making sure that all is clean and that you get a top service. Fresh orange juice, fresh eggs the way you wish, gluten-free options. Amazing service! Grazie! Good and thoughtful suggestions from the reception when asked for places to go outside of the hotel.

- WE had a large funktion of the ING bank wich was noisy at night
- The room was too small for our taste and what we thought we booked. We stayed there the mid of April, so no beach club opened, no pool used by us because of the temperatures.
- Hotel flooded with young kids (probably because kids are free until 18). Also many pets including barking dogs by the pool and in the rooms. People are allowed to leave dogs alone in their rooms. Bathrooms super basic and small. Beds by the pool were dirty and full of bird poop.

The property is of high quality and very well located. the size of the hotel is optimal so that all is in easy reach. the staff are super friendly and the service is one of the best I have experienced for a long time and I have travel a lot around the world. high quality for money.
