Very friendly staff. Beautiful garden. 3 minutes walk to a fantastic sea beach. Amazing breakfast, with fantastic figs from own garden. Mille-mille grazie! We will return :-)

We loved everything.

Everything about Villa Arizona exceeded my expectations during my week-long stay! The staff truly made this experience exceptional - their friendliness and genuine care for guests was evident from the moment I arrived. As a vegan, I was touched by their thoughtfulness when they actually went to the store specifically to stock vegan options for the breakfast bar, ensuring I had plenty of delicious choices each morning. The breakfast setup itself was beautifully arranged and offered such variety.The location couldn't have been more perfect for my needs, providing easy access to my seminar venue while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The overall atmosphere struck that perfect balance between professional accommodation and warm, personal hospitality that makes a bed and breakfast special. From the comfortable accommodations to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay, Villa Arizona created an experience that felt more like staying with caring friends than at a typical lodging. I left feeling completely refreshed and would absolutely return - they've set the bar incredibly high for what exceptional hospitality looks like!

Nothing, even the other guests were friendly

We were traveling as a family of 3 with my 1 year old baby. The villa was so beautiful, the gardens seem magical, and everything was very clean and organized in our room. I enjoyed the balcony view and hearing the birds in the morning, was awesome. The hotel is less than 3- mins walking from beach access. Supermarkets and restaurants near the villa by walking, seemed very safe the surrounding areas. Breakfast had so much variety of pastries, desserts, fresh fruits, yogurts, toppings, cheeses, hams, and delicious coffee made to order included as well. They also offered made to order omelets and avocado toast for additional charge if anyone requested. The staff was amazing and so helpful at all times, but we will always remember Alessandra and male worker Nando, I believe is his name. They helped us so much in arranging transportation back to Bologna Airport, we are so appreciative of their assistance. Overall, I will recommend this villa 100% to anyone visiting Milano Maritima/Ravenna.

The location is apt, it gives a wonderful feeling of peace with the garden greens. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was too good.

Beautiful gardens. We had such a lovely stay. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Would love to stay again if we make it back to Italy again

Loved the variety of choices, fromc cheeses, homemade breads, and fresh yogurt and fruits. LOVED the coffee / Cappuccino

Bed was firmer than I would choose - BUT it did not affect my sleep.

Beautiful garden—don’t let your 3kg service animal leave a drop of pee on grass or you’ll be harassed by a burly Gardner.

The garden is absolutely gorgeous, the venues are beautiful and the staff are very nice

The hotel was a gem of a place to stay for the night, very comfortable with staff who really looked after our needs. We were able to get there very late, find our room and relax and sleep before a wonderful breakfast in the morning, and a very agreeable stay.

Splendid garden where you can enjoy delicious breakfast. Lovely personnel and very clean rooms.

Parking should be free for the clients or at least a bit cheaper in a low tourist period, if it's small (like some symbolic amount) and a little table on the balcony would be nice to have.

Excellent breakfast with great choice of fruit. If it is sunny one can eat the breakfast in an amazing garden. This is the best way to start the day.

Bed was not that comfortable and the room was chilly if the weather is rainy and windy outside.
