Pros +
- Perfect location and the staff were great, so friendly and efficient. The room was clean and breakfast was good too. Can’t complain!
- Lovely small hotel close to the beach - the view from balcony is very nice. Its in a great location in Milano Marittima - close to the city center, restaurants etc. Parking is just next to the hotel - as a guest for 3 euro/day (very good price). The room was quite simple, a little bit small, but there is a lot of storage space. Nice bathroom, free air condition. The personal staff was reeeally nice, so helpfull and always smiling! We also enjoyed the hot tube/whirpool, what a nice, relaxing part of our stay.

- The balcony is really, really small - two chairs is too much for this balcony :)) Breakfast was very simple, we appreciate more vegetables and fruits. It would be better than 10 types of sweet croiassants and cakes.
- Little privacy, you can hear your neighbours like if they were in your own room
- Room wasn’t that clean. Floor was quite dirty and wardrobe dusty. Bathroom smelled.We were a family of 5. A family room came up as an option. However, the room was quite small for us. Maybe I should have understood, but we have booked family rooms before which size wise has been good enough.
