Great value for the money, the beach is 2 min away from the property and the owners were very friendly. Breakfast has salty and sweet food the Italian style, coffee and juice/water included. There is a great terrace in front were you can relax and enjoy your staying.

There are only 10 parking spots on the property (8 euro per day) and no reservation is possible. However we were lucky and we did find a parking spot on our arrival date.

The position is good. The beach is near.

The owner of the hotel was deplorable. I have visited many places and many hotels for work reasons and for personal holidays but I have never seen anything like this in my life.Arrogance, incompresion and rudeness. There are few words I can say respect the owner.Local people told me that the management of this hotel has recently changed and nobody knows about it.In the description of the room it was written that it will be with a balcony.The owner told me that he will be able to give me a room with a balcony based on availability upon arrival.I came in the low season and I saw many empty rooms but the one that was intended for me had nobalcony.Before booking, the questionnaire asked if I wanted mantle mattress and I said yes, but my room had two beds pushed together.The mattresses were very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep even one night and I came for 10 days.The employee said that from Sunday there will be many rooms available and it is possible to change the room since I had to stay in this hotel for another 5 nights but the owner denied me this possibility and said if it doesn't suit me I can leave in any time. Unfortunately I had an accident during these holidays. I fell and hurt my knee a lot so for health reasons I couldn't go away.On the last day before departure I asked the employee if I can check out at 11.00 instead of 10.30 because I'm very bad with my leg and I need a little more time. But in the morning it was only the owner in the hotel and he spoke to me in a very rude manner that I have to check out at 10.30.With my health conditions and damaged leg it was almost impossible. Because I planned that I will be able to check out at 11.00 and I managed to leave the room at 11.00 despite running with a painful leg.Last thing. I booked the room with breakfast included well in advance but a few days before arrival I was informed that the service had been suspended.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and nice and had most everything you might need.

None of the rooms that we booked had a fridge, which is something you really need in the summer Italy heat, so you couldn't really buy anything like a yoghurt to snack in or anything that needed a fridge. This problem was somewhat heightened by the fact that our breakfast was sadly cancelled. But we were refunded for it.

Great location, wonderful staff, tasty breakfast, nice room with good soundproofing.My single room on the 2nd floor was small but comfortable. There was no separate shower cabin in bathroom (it was OK for me), besides I enjoyed having really hot water! Look at via Piacenza was another one benefit. Even on a hot sunny day you can spend your time on the balcony and not turn into fried chicken. Oh yes, you could also see the sea from the balcony.

It would be nice to add a table to the balcony.

Wi-Fi worked in lobby but not in room. Bed mattresseswere not so comfortable.
