Pros +
- We loved the property and found it to be lovely. Our experience was mostly with one person from the desk (I believe his name was Advin? - he's been there for 15 years). He was amazing! Wonderful to talk with and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us always the best attention, very good recommendations for dinner, and was just a pleasure. He's a valuable member of your staff.

- Location was great and the staff were very friendly.
Cons -
- I was not allowed to have my bike even on the balcony which is a problem. Also my room door was left wide open by the cleaning staff and left open for some time with valuable possessions in the room. My son had to change rooms on the last night because of a fly infestation.
- They told sea front but one suite was looking at the pool instead. With smaller balcony vs the standard room. Clerk in the reception not so attentive.
