Hotel Le Palme - Premier Resort

Beautiful hotel. Location was great. Room was beautiful overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

It was off season and hardly anyone was there and the garage was empty but still charged for parking.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very good price for accommodation due to the pre-season. Excellent coffee at breakfast.

We had to checkin in at the hotel across the roadwifi was terrible The bedding was even worst.. so hard and the pillow … Terrible

Seaview double room had balcony with beautiful view of beach. Nice-sized rooms. Breakfast buffet was truly unbelievable - they had everything! Very nice outdoor area in front of hotel for relaxing with a drink. Enjoyed the pool and pool area. Staff were very friendly.

Wifi was terrible. Didn't work in rooms on 4th and 5th floors which we booked for family. Had to sit in lobby to get connection. Would have loved a kettle in rooms for making tea, but I realise this is not an Italian thing!

Chose it for the large swimming pool, which was great to have during high season.The staff were fantastic and helped organise a birthday treat for my fiancée.

Our room - 104 - was awful considering what we paid for it. The booking said the room overlooked an internal courtyard but really it was the back entrance to the property where they keep tools and a bit of a rubbish area and noise from the air conditioning pumps every now and again. The room itself was ok, just old, but we didn’t want to sit out or look out from the very small balcony because it wasn’t a nice sight.

Quality and variety of food in hotel's restaurant was good.A hotel's location is great.

Some years ago this hotel was definitely a good one. But now it is time-worn. The hotel's owners are not going to invest money they earn on such good location into a necessary hotel's renovation. It is pity.Bed linen (pillow cases) are stank of washing agents (chlorine) and were rinsed off very poorly.

Good breakfast and location by the beach.

Window in bathroom was broken, the nightlife and workers woke me up a few times. electricitysocket at bedsidetable was loose. mold/black mold in bathroomwindow.toilet-brush wasnt functional.Drain in shower was slow.

No WI-FI in the room, poor connection generally, bad lighting in the room, lack of English of the staff.

We spend our vacation in Italy only in this hotel for the last almost 10 years and are completely satisfied with location, services and everything. I think it's probably the best place if not in the whole Italy, then in Milano Marittima a for sure!

we did book this hotel because of a private beach - in the reservation we specify that we need a place on the beach - when we arrived - surprise- no places on the beach. They did not even check twice- no not possible. (Even that’s extra cost of 35€ / day). We did find by ourselves other beach close to hotel, with better price and lovely stuff where they treat us good and as a customers. Our room was max 3 stars- very run down facing kitchen and no chance to sit on the balcony. Stuff for n the bar was not very nice. All this for price of 900€/ 3 nights. If we knew it before, we would book another hotel around for smaller price.
