- The property is in a wonderful location. The staff was very kind, friendly and obliging. The room was cleaned and tidied regularly. Since I could not have breakfast (being gluten and dairy free), I was offered dinner instead.

- Internet was not working most of the time. There was nobody for check-in, and it took close to half an hour for someone to appear. There was no apology for having to wait in view of not being at the reception. Had to walk to another hotel for breakfast.
- Switched hot and cold water supply without a sign
- The hotel felt like a giant glass ball. The walls of rooms are so thin that I could record a conversation by my neighboring room's guests on my phone who were not shouting, only chatting with each other. If a guest was wearing high hills everyone in the building could hear her walking around. Only two members of stuff in the entire hotel spoke good enough English to have a proper conversation with or ask questions to. I left two days earlier because of the unbearable noise in the hotel. When I left, the receptionist did not bother to ask why I was leaving earlier and found it challenging to produce an invoice or any document stating that I have checked out and paid my bills. There isn't much variety in food particularly if you are on a special diet. Gluten free diet is fish with vegetables every day! For a 4-star hotel it is rather lacking.

Its older hotel, but clean, right on the beach. Easy to find. To bad I didn't stay more than one night, weather was perfect.

The location of this hotel was beautiful, right on the beach. Bikes were easy to borrow and it was just a short cycle into the town of Milano Marittima!
Upon arrival our room didn’t have hot water, after some discussion we changed rooms and it worked perfectly.
