Aparthotel Donaustern

Safe storage for our bicycles. Good rates. Laundry facilities.

Far from restaurants. Unappealing neighborhood.

Breakfast was filling and delicious. Communicating was excellent — although breakfast was a bit confusing because we had a late check in. We’d happily stay again.

No contact automated check in. Very clean facility, quiet. Very comfortable bed and small kitchen area to prepare meals. Definitely would recommend it.

Solid property with remote access making it great for late arrivals and early departures. In manned during our stay though we did meet the cleaner who was nice and helpful. Bonus to have laundry on site (at a cost). Good parking in a quiet area that we would use again if passing through.

Pillows were far too soft and doona’s should be king single, to match the size of the beds.

Very nice convenient apartments, with all you need plus washing facility, each apartment has a balcony which could be a plus. comfortable bed and pullout couch.

There are guests who stay there for longer assignments with some companies. They like to use their balconies to sit outside till late at night, of course its also used for smoking. They sometimes like to come together and party. At our last stay someone within the hotel even decided to ring our apartment’s door bell at night?. Luckily with windows closed in time all worked out well for us

The accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that my business trip went smoothly. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the modern amenities, making my stay very comfortable.

It's challenging to pinpoint anything I didn't like given the high standard of service. However, every establishment can benefit from continuous improvement, perhaps in updating some facilities or expanding the breakfast variety even further.

spacious rooms, cleanliness, quietness ... all ! :)

You could check in every time on a key print maschine

That you had to eat the breakfast in the room. We wanted to meet with friends, this was not possible

Around factories, but inside very quiet. Clean, easy check-in, for less money you can combinate huge breakfast.

its for short trips, factory city. Need a little to drive to see something.

This is a perfect overnight stop with great facilities, super sized rooms and the most comfortable beds.

Spacious apartment, very clean and all perfectly organised. Superb self-check in procedure!

The room was very good

.. Due to road works the hotel was unreachable by sat nav. I had to go back onto the autobahn down to the next junction. I approached the hotel but the road was still under reconstruction. There was no signage whatsoever how to reach the hotel. nobody was ever on reception. We did not see anyone for the three days we were there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was an automated checkin - worked perfectly - and in the morning breakfast was brought into the room.

It is quite remote from village center. You need a car.

Spacious rooms, very clean, everything new, useful kichen corner.

There was no personel and we had some probem to get in - by my mistake, but the phone that was given to contact the hotel didn't answer, there was voice mail, so we felt uneasy. However after a few minutes they called me back and everything was fine. I find this no personel system inconvinient.

Check in, gross, sauber
