Good food, especially the buffet dinner. Clean and comfortable rooms, very warm.

The houses are on a 3-4 min walk from the place where you eat and the spa. After being at the spa, you need to walk in the cold in the winter to get to the room if you do not bring the car.

Heating in room didn't work

Great breakfast with huge selections of food. And the pool is also amazing, very big and super warm. The surroundings is great for walks or doing some sports or just relax.

Quite expensive for what you get, or better what you don't get: no spa access (?!?), no additional duve or at least blankets (we were three with one kid, but had only two bed sets), very little space in the rooms (which are also "older"), walking from pool side to the apartments can be quite long (can be a problem, when you are fresh from the pool). I would not mind if the price would reflect all this, but am quite unhappy now.

Nice, quite Hotel with indoor and outdoor hot pool

The stay at the hotel was only a stage on the journey from Zurich to Belgrade, so the SPA elements were only a really pleasant surprise and an addition to the general impression, which is very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

A serious complaint is the internet that was at the limit of usability and the refrigerator that was standing in the room on the small table instead of hidden in the place intended for it.

Pleasant staff, nice environment, cozy rooms

Prices in pool-restorant might be a little bit inflated. Chicken fillet alone (no side dish of any kind) 12,90 EUR + grilled vegetables (onion and paprika) 4,90 EUR. That was my only negative surprise for my visit.

Extra charge for towels (pool) and activation of sauna each time when you want to use. Reception Staff was little bit confused about towel price (policu).

Great pool, set in beautiful nature. Nice appartments, great for kids.

They are currently building a new hotel next to the old one and there was no info about it before we made reservation. We were off season so the breakfast table was poorly replenished.

When booking, you are not informed that there is a construction site. It was noisy, even on weekends. The view of the construction site during your vacation was also not planned. The radiators in the room were periodically turned off, it was difficult to dry the towels. The backlighting of the water in the pool made us leave it urgently, because it did not look clean. And it is strange that you cannot use soap before and after visit SPA bath. Is it hygienic?

The pool facilities were lovely - there are 2 zones: the pool area and the smaller, more private sauna area. We were allowed unlimited use of the pool area and one entry to the sauna area. In the pool area, Friday night was calm (plus they had late swimming hours so were open until 22:00, which was great) but Saturday morning was extremely busy with no free space even to sit or lay a towel. The breakfast was delicious too, with a lot of choice.

Sadly, the room was poor. It was very cold and hadn't been heated up. The air conditioning unit didn't work at all and it took hours to heat up from the radiator once we arrived and turned it on. We hadn't been supplied large towels or extra blankets. It was quite dated but it seems they are currently building the new section of the hotel.

The best was breakfast

I didn't have high hopes but I was looking forward for some relaxing time at wellness. What I found was a space that lacked both harmony and intention. The wellness area felt cheaply put together, as if assembled from remnants of different ideas rather than a well-thought-out concept. Instead of a sanctuary of tranquility, I was met with a discordant mix of materials—some old, some new, none of them blending well. The mismatched elements made it impossible to feel at ease, and the entire space gave the impression of having been built in disjointed stages rather than with a cohesive vision.Instead of a soothing escape, it felt more like an endurance test. And after an underwhelming day, my pillow was as hard as a brick, leaving me tossing and turning instead of resting.Sadly, this was far from the relaxing retreat I had hoped for.

Because of the renovations the price was cheaper which was, i think, proportional. The staff is nice and friendly. The pools weren't crowded, and were nice, clean, warm. After the pools skin is very soft. The rooms are clean. I liked the breakfast. I liked the sauna it had the cold room and an option to go outside, had everything.

The matress in the room is a little old, worn down, too soft for me. We were missing a blanket. The sauna was a little crowded, too many saunas in a small space.

Staff has been lovely and super helpful. The massage person was awesome !Room was clean and very confortable. The " pre-selected menu" was not really tasty BUT the a la carte Gnocchi were delicious.

I was expecting more of a spa type of theme rather than amusement pool. But it's on me, I should have read better.

Overall atmosphere are relaxing. Clean room with comfortable beddings. Ample parking space next to accomodation block. Free unlimited entry of water park during stay and one more entry ticket given after check-out,

If an electric kettle provided in room will be much appriciated.Fridge is too small that I can;t put in a 2L coke.

Disappointing

The property has no reception at night; fine, okay. But the entire property is closed at night with a giant fence. For instance, a fire happens, or someone has a heart attack? How are your guests helped then? How do we get around the giant fence at night? It is absolutely mind blowing.

Second time there. Calm atmosphere. Cozy apartment with warm floor in bathroom. Nice view from balcony. Terme itself is great, with relaxing water procedures. Definitely return here again to get a fully charged )

No microwave in kitchen. No washing machine or even ability to laundry somewhere.

Very nice thermal pool. Good dining and food. Very nice location out in the mountain area.

Was small size. Understaffed during check-in and check-out process.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is 2 minutes walk from terme. Kitchen is well equipped (but without a dishwasher). Hot towel dryer ) Comfortable bed. Cozy atmosphere. Terme itself is a real enjoy. Definitely will stay there again.
