Easy access, very clean and the atmosphere was excellent!

Great location. Local staff very friendly and helpful.

Food quality in the restaurant.

The young staff on breakfast were very warm and friendly.

Whatever chemicals that are being used to clean the bathroom etc are either very strong or, too much is being used. I needed to blow my nose continually as allergies flared with. Another guest I met at breakfast had same problem. She was sneezing alot.

The smoking area at the front of the hotel was positioned so you had to move through the smokers. That needs to be rectified.

The handy distance for my elderly mother to the basicilia. That breakfast was included in the price.

The breakfast menu was quite poor. With no beans or fried eggs available or even soda bread or potato bread.

Location good.

Attention of detail. Needed to ask for tea, butter, sugar etc.

Property was nice. Very good location and friendly staff.

The bathroom was a little dirty and the hotel itself was too hot.

Excellent restaurant for both breakfast and dinner! Attentive wait staff, overall very pleased! Check-in was very easy and staff very helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable stay!

Beautiful place close to the Shrine

Restaurant staff not treating everyone equally

Excellent location for visiting Knock shrine. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is lovely, perfect location walking distance from the shrine and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Dinners were delicious and good value for the quality and size of portions. Nice bathroom, great closet and desk space. Modern yet cozy room with a nice view of the countryside. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast needs a bit of an update. Consider: - putting in a self service coffee machine that serves espresso based drinks to a high standard- fresh fruit salad or bowl of fruit (bananas, apples, oranges) - porridge station- fried and/or poached eggs in addition to scrambledBeds were comfortable but the mattress was a little too firm and a bit slouchy - time to replace.

All meal very delicious. I enjoyed the meal selections.

Not very flexible with guest meal times. As a place of worship, delays at the shrine are bound to happen and hence missing booked meal times. A bit of flexibility and liniency will add to pilgrims comfortable stay.Not turning away your guest for lateness even though food is still being served. I understand you have systems that you follow but your guest relies on meals from your Restaurant.This is feedback i got from part of my group that was turned away for dinner .

This property took my money then refused to return money, change date or even communicate with me even though I contacted the repeatedly the week prior to travel.

Zero customer service, no help given, no communication , ignored messages

Fittings are now quite dated; Wi-Fi poor; breakfasts filling but limited.

THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY AND THE FOOD DINNER WAS LOVELY, STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFULL AND THE ROOMS WERE QUIET AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WARM. THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM OR SHOWER GEL

THE BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR A HOTEL, THERE WAS NO FRUIT OR YOGURTS AVAILABLE AND THE DISHES WERE QUITE EMPTY WHEN WE ARRIVED FOR BREAKFAST, WE HAD TO REQUEST MORE FOOD

A very nice hotel with lovely warm friendly staff at the desk and in the restaurant. We loved being able to have dinner in the hotel after a long day of driving. It was very nice and fresh and generous portions. The room was very warm (we had to switch heating off), hot shower and crisp clean bedding. Very nice airy room. Free parking and right next to the Shrine if you're interested in that. I think it was quite pricey compared with other hotels on the west coast but that's probably because of its location.

The food was excellent. There was a lovely quiet atmosphere in the hotel. The staff were really friendly and pleasant

Clean and situated in a beautiful area

Paid cash for our meal on first night only to be told it had been added to our account but we had already paid for it in restaurant no receipt was given from staff member seemed a bit of a drop down for us so would advise people to be very weary when eating in the hotel don’t pay in restaurant

Knock House Hotel is a great Hotel with friendly staff in a very peaceful convenient location.
