Hotel Newport

Location would prefer a walk in shower

We had a lovely stay, nice hot water for tub and shower, lots of room, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks.

Lovely hotel, wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic variety of gluten free options on the menu. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Clean and good size family room was comfortable for our family of 4. Nice shops and restaurants in town were super convenient for our short stay.

The hotel had a lot of history. Lots of pictures on the walls in the hallway. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, the food was very good as well as the breakfast.

No complaints

Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. In a great location to drive to westport

Our room was upgraded without us asking. We had a lovely meal in the bar/restaurant

Only one staff member managing reception , dinner orders and the bar. He was very helpful but a bit over stretched?

Wonderful location - right in the centre - very friendly and helpful staff. Great to have bistro and pub in hotel - food good too. Room cozy and roomy, and bathroom excellent. Good cold breakfast selection.

Would have been prepared to pay extra for hot breakfast (and prebook and pay too) but wasn’t an option.

Very central location. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly large. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The food

The staff in the bar and how we had to wait for service

Good. Calm place. Lift. Friendly staff. Warm.

Didn’t offer a parking. In busy days could be a problem to park car. To Simple breakfast.

Friendly staff, great service, and wonderful food.

Really friendly and helpful staff.Lovely continental breakfast selection Great Food

Very well located in the centre of charming little Newport. Friendly staff and a good pub that's part of the hotel. Quiet and with comfortable beds.

The rooms are rather small if you're required to have room service for breakfast (as we were), and the lighting is rather dim - fine most of the time but there's no way of getting a brighter light on for when you need it.

The bed and pillows were great. FirmGreat location

Bar manager couldn't asked for better and girl at desk big smile will come again for sure little disappointed how rates shot up for new years night to when stayed few weeks before
