Modern and clean, easy parking, good food, and absolutely lovely and helpful staff. Special thanks to Martin for helping us get more pillows and some water for our room very late at night!!!

Someone had turned the heat on for the entire building and had forgotten to turn it off, so it was SUPER HOT in our room, with no AC. Pillows were super flat.

The property is very nicely decorated with the best of bed linen etc. Food in dining room for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly.

Lovely hotel, was here for a family party in town so hotel very convenient. Lovely big room and nice view, lovely and quiet, restaurant really nice too and breakfast good selection

1st stay and this hotel is an absolute gem.Food is amazing, staff are amongst the best I have seen and location is great.

The hotel was so clean fresh and nicely decorated . The rooms were very modern and beds so comfortable they seem to have recently redecorated and a staff member said new mattresses were recently added to the beds and you could tell. It was always very quiet especially at night which is a bonus with kids. The staff were very polite and helpful. Food was also delicious with a great selection at breakfast.

The only thing we didn't like was on the Sunday night when we went to order food to the room, room service was not available even though it was available the Saturday night. I do understand it was Easter Sunday evening and they were busy but I just feel it should be available if it's a service they provide. However it was only something minor and wouldn't prevent me from returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was a great price for the quality recieced and the location for my needs. I would honestly like to stay there again if I'm ever up in that part of the country again. Genuinely very happy with overall service

Staff are beyond friendly, they cant do enough for their guests; it’s truly family home friendly experience. Breakfast is amazing and all our meals were beautifully prepared and served. Portions are large and price is so reasonable.

Our bedroom was lovely and spacious. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was really excellent.

The hotel was spotless clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, quiet and we had a very comfortable night's sleep.

A little bit out of town, however it took us under 30 minutes to drive to Westport and Castlebar was 20 minutes away.

Bed was comfortable, pillows perfect, room spacious, hotel elegant, friendly staff, delicious food. This was my favorite hotel during a 12 day journey around Ireland.

Impressive hotel. Impeccable and staff were lovely. Beds very comfortable... shower easy to use... might be a tad small for larger people. Bath available also.

Very comfortable hotel all round. The staff were all very friendly and easy to chat to. The bedroom was great, very clean and warm. Excellent breakfast and brilliant restaurant.

Only one thing. It would be great to have a small fridge in the room if possible.

Breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of variety and the service was great. We did not have dinner as were attending an event that would not be finished on time. The room was exceptionally comfortable with a beautiful view of greenery out the window. The bathroom facilities were great and the hotel was very warm and cosy. We really enjoyed the waiting area on the second floor with the comfortable couches.

This is a little gem of a hotel, with lovely staff, charming rooms and a fun dining area and bar where a few locals come in also. I see this being a place where the savvy spent a night or two at either side of a trip to or from Knock airport. I really recommend.
