The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a party Sunday night that was loud and went on until 300.

Great location (for all things Achill Island), friendly staff, very comfy room/bed, lovely views, and excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Price was on high side when compared with other European countries.

Staff was so helpful and the room very clean, bed so comfortable. Food was excellent and good value. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Very comfortable and special stay, the views from the deluxe suite were stunning and what a way to wake up in the morning, even when the weather was very Irish at times. Breakfast was great and the food in the evening was tasty. Staff were lovely and a special mention for Mary who was so welcoming on our arrival and was so approachable throughout our stay and gave us so much of her local knowledge and recommendations of what to go see and do on the island. I wanted a special place to stay for the build up to a special life moment, see pics, and so glad I picked Ostan Oilean Acla.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing, beds very comfortable, nice and clean hotel , it was my second stay in this hotel.

View from the room... Hotel wasn't busy at all, but they gave us room with the view to the dirty wall.... We booked two rooms, paid in advance, bought were the same... There was plenty of free rooms with nice views... I'm traveling a lot,21 year in Ireland, second time in this hotel, but first time got that kind of room... Not smoking rooms have no sign .

Excellent room, great value and very clean and comfortable

The location was excellent. It was a great place to stay in March as there are not that many places open. We knew we could have meals at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and room very clean. We also liked the view. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. I asked if they knew where I could buy some turf and they had a bag brought to the hotel! A hotel which the staff care about and are invested in. Nothing was too much trouble.

The stay was good, room clean, beds comfy, staff friendly. Was little bit expensive and the food in the restaurant wasn't the best. Good stay very close to achill island.

Nice pub where the food is good, the pints of Guinness are creamy and the views beautiful over looking Achill sound and the mountains.It is a nice traditional hotel, well located, I would recommend it and the bar staff we dealt with were lovely.

Very good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Very hot water and ample towels for bath. Lovely staff, was given milk when asked the next day. Upgraded to sea view but chatter and noise from guests at the front audible.

Aggressive drunk guest shouting and swearing outside and banging front door most of first night. No milk left for drinks first night. No hairdryer just an attachment. Room not cleaned until 3pm first day. Room needs an update.

Location was good

The rooms were dated, we had to change rooms because the toilet seat was broken in the first room we were allocated.. The bed was small.
