The staff, restaurants and bars were great. Really busy and great atmosphere. Enjoyed the live music in the evening.

All in all had a great time and will definitely be back.

I booked a Queen size bed but got 2 double beds instead. There was a continuous noise, coming from outside our bedroom I mentioned this to staff and they apologised saying it was probably the kitchen extractor fans. Also we couldn't see out of our window

The charm of the Castlecourt, so lovely and inviting and welcoming. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the lovely town. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. It was just great, warm and welcoming, and a delightful place to stay in early January.

Breakfast was lovely. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great range of facilities. Fantastic location. Staff were freindly.

The sauna in Spa Sula wasn't hot enough and had no timer, along with some broken/missing wooden panelling. Same with the tmeperature of the outdoor rock pool, personally think it would be more comfortable if it was warmer.

Great value in Westport! Comfortable beds, great places to gather and eat, close to shopping, restaurants and pubs with live music. Offered full breakfast from the buffet or off the menu. Friendly staff at the desk, in the restaurants and pubs on site. Highly recommend!

The facility was greatly located and we appreciate the free parking on-site. The breakfast was an added bonus! We had an issue with our first room, and staff were so quick to respond and switch our room. We were really impressed with the customer service. All the staff were absolutely lovely!

Unfortunately, as many have stated in other reviews, the building is very warm, including the rooms. They do provide a fan to help cool down the room, but it still is very warm. Unfortunately, in Europe, AC isn't something they have because temperatures never get that high, so we understood that we just had to accept the fact. It was fine, and not horrible.

Location and walking around the area .

I set my Yeti mug down in lobby area and unfortunately it never got turned into the lost and found. It had travelled many miles with me .?

The hotel has been newly renovated, our room was spacious and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the breakfast, which could be ordered from a menu, was delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.

After 4:00 p.m., the room was still not ready, and the next morning there was no hot water for a shower.

Great location and nice decor / rooms and a very nice spa (for a small charge). The pool and other sauna are free to guests and also the public so it gets crowded. Easy walk to all parts of town. Underground parking. Incredibly helpful staff.

Many guests are a little on the senior side so the music and bar are oriented towards their tastes.

Room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. It wasn’t that warm outside so the room had been closed up for a while. Windows didn’t open enough to let it fresh air so all the fan did was blow hot air. I woke up several times though out the night wet with sweat. The walls were very thin and the drunks beside us were noisy until 2:00 am. There was a wedding party at the hotel that all checked in at the same time. The biggest issue was value for money. For the price of the hotel, the stay should have been better.

Everything was so nice and clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and everyone friendly and helpful. The food was great also!

The location was good

The receptionist was not friendly. She said the breakfast was 7am until 10.30am, however my booking states 7am until 11am! We had to ask for the heated towel rail to be turned on all the time. Breakfast was not good quality. It is a massive hotel!

Breakfast was great and well-catered for gluten free. Staff were very nice.

Pictures of room advertised a bath, which was not included (shower only). Spa Sula facilities not included for hotel guests (e.g. outdoor jacuzzi). Access to leisure centre was included however sauna under repair. Construction works made for a verryyy long walk in and out of premises.

I liked how clean it was. The breakfast was served promptly and the food was lovely. Best bed I have ever slept in. Love to know the make. Shower was great. Coffee machine and a small fridge was a great touch. Staff didn't intrude and were helpful if you needed something. Can walk to everywhere in town.

The location, the music in the bar and the breakfast itself.

Expected that a 4 star spa hotel would have bathrobe and slippers. The journey from the front reception to the bedroom was v long and complicated- possibly due to the renovation. Lifts were dingy and smelt of smoke.No extractor fan in bathroom.Not able to open window fully in bedroom and it was exceptionally hot.

The room was very big. The beds were very comfortable. My mother really enjoyed having her cups of tea in the bedroom. It was excellent to have live music in the bar even though it was a Tuesday night and there was plenty of space for dancing. Breakfast was huge.

There was nothing that we would change about our stay. Maybe just over €200 was a little pricey for a one night stay for two people, but that's just my opinion.
