Ice House Hotel

The ice house is an amazing spot in the right location, clean, quiet, staff's are lovely and friendly, spa treatments amazing. Food is really good and the cook to order breakfast is amazing and fresh. The view over the river is just to die for. I would definitely recommend this hot spot.

The one thing I didn't like was kids running up and down the corridor, especially when you were away for such a weekend and would be lovely to have a wee fridge in the room

Our room overlooked the river and was a perfect relaxing spot to watch the bird life. The spa is great and at the heart of the property. The staff were all very professional and welcoming.

We had a really lovely stay at the Ice House. The staff were all very friendly & welcoming and the location is stunning - our room looked out on the beautiful River Moy. The spa facilities and therapists were excellent. And the food was really exceptional. The Ice House is a real find: a bijou spa hotel with a big heart. Thank you for making our trip to find my roots in Killala so perfect.

The only thing I could say was the blanket on our bed wasn’t 100% clean as it had something that had obviously spilled on it & dried so you could feel it.

We recently stayed at The Ice House Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.The location is perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. It's an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a relaxing break.The room suite was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious and welcoming space to relax in.The spa facilities were outstanding, particularly the outdoor hot tub and the relaxation room with heated loungers. Both provided the perfect setting to switch off and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.The food was simply delicious. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and expertly prepared, making dining at the hotel an absolute pleasure.Overall, The Ice House Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

From the minute we entered the hotel, it was the calmness and total feeling of relaxation. The staff were the nicest I've come across anywhere.massage was top notch.The food was fantastic,you actually taste all the flavours, excellent..done the outdoor baths ,devine and the view was beautiful..Have to write a big well done to the ice house,it truly does what it advertised.. amazing experience and highly recommended..d

The location is fabulous. Food is lovely. The service is fabulous. The bed is very comfortable. The room was a lovely temperature.

Excellent Breakfast, staff very friendly and professional, rooms are very comfortable, underfloor heating in the bathrooms. We did not use the spa this time but facilities look to be excellent

Our room was far away from reception but we are going back next month and have asked for a more central room and there was no issue with our request

We had an amazing time at the Ice House for our baby moon. The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the reception to the restaurant and spa too. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. We had planned to eat somewhere else on our second night but changed our plans to eat at the hotel again. I would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We had a river view, located right on top of the water
