Lovely big family room, lots of space for 2 smallies to run around .Delicious breakfast, big selection to suit all.

All good.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

There was work being done, and I believe the workers were staying at the hotel. As a result, it was loud and smelled like cigarettes most of the time.

Breakfast very good, and catered for coeliacs. Dinner was also very good. Beds were very comfortable.

There was quite a bit of mold on the tiles in the bathroom.

The property was gorgeous outside

Could definitely use some renovations showers seem dangerous and you clearly have possible mold issues.

The staff was exceptional in their help. Alex was very helpful in finding us a cab driver from CASTLEBAR to the train. He was the only one that I knew by name but the receptionists were helpful in making calls for us when we had to change some reservations in the area. Our reservation for the week had to be adjusted due to a flight cancellation and they worked with us to change a departure date so we were able to stay a full 5 days. I will definitely recommend this place!

The duvet was too heavy and it made for uncomfortable sleeping at times. The housekeeper gave us 2 sheets to use and that was much better.

Location is good if you want a place outside the town center. Grounds are beautiful.

It wasn't clean. The toilet in my room was dirty. Others in my party had cleanliness issues in their rooms. The staff was inattentive and indifferent, overall.

Gorgeous location and scenery. Great room and very friendly staff. Only a 7 minute drive into town.

Large group using the facility for a wedding reception or something similar. No big deal but they essentially took over the place and it was quite loud.

I didn''t enjoy my evening meal, but that was entirely my own fault as the food was too spicy for me. Someone with a less fussy palate would have loved it

Spacious bedrooms, v comfortable beds, good showers, plenty hot water for baths, beautiful grounds, easy trip into Westport, pleasant helpful staff .

Dinner was fair only. Public areas a little tired but nothing major.

The view was reasonable. The bed was comfortable.

No disabled parking. The drop off area at the front of the hotel was being used for parking, despite there being ample parking. This meant that I had to manoeuvre to turn my car. There was no receptionist, no bell or way to summon the receptionist. In addition to our bed there was a large bunk bed, a child's single bed and a folding cot. The bedside lockers, desk, wall at the radiator and shower were dirty. We could not use the bar at night because there was a very large local birthday party. Kids were running around. When we went to bed the kids were playing in the bedroom corridor making a lot of noise we eventually got to sleep. We were woken again at 2.30 am by kids playing.Earlier at about 9.30 am we decided to go into Westport, the hotel information advised to contact reception for a taxi, it did not give a phone number. There was no receptionist available. At breakfast the toast was self service. There was a hair on my toast, it was not mine.There was no sign posting for the ordinary or disabled toilets.

Lovely clean, well heated property. Tea facilities in room. Great selection at breakfast. Welcoming and attentive staff.

It’s a little out of the way but not a negative if you like peace and quiet.

The room was lovely but the girl at reception was exceptional. I can't remember her name but she had long blond hair. From the moment we arrived until check out she went above and beyond in my opinion. And just generally really nice that I would definitely stay here again. She booked our taxi for us into town and gave us a list of taxi numbers for coming back. She also let us have a bit of a later check out as some of us weren't feeling well. The shower in this family room was amazing and all the facilities were of a high standard. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Loving Westport and can't wait to come back and stay longer and explore more of what it has to offer.

Staff great, food great, very comfortable especially on the weekend of the fierce storm.
