Somehow remote location, private beach, not very crowded. There is also a pool if you like it more.

- noisy rooms, you can hear the shower and toilet usage from the next room- AC is directly pointed to the bed- the bathroom does not have a solid door, there are swinging doors you can even see the person in the bathroom through big holes- too expensive restaurant and bar for the menu and atmosphere provided. There is the possibility to eat at some nearby terraces (5-7 min walk), however they are very crowded, right on the crowded public beach, reservation is needed.- poor breakfast in our opinion in case of a longer stay, however might be good enough for others (probably not for lactose intolerants): fruits, milk and cereals, bread, various types of cheese, one type ham, patisserie sweets. There is one person which is preparing scrambled eggs on request.

The staff really cares about you and manages to accommodate every reasonable need you have. Perfect combination of location, accommodation and food (there is a fantastic restaurant/bar embedded in the hotel which offers plates based on local products). Gorgeous breakfast! Ideal place for resting and taking a break from your daily routine.

The hotel has a perfect location, with easy access to the beach. It has a very nice swimming pool and very clean. The breakfast is great with lots of options. There is a bar that serves sandwiches, drinks and other snacks and a restaurant with good tasty food. The beach is very nice and private. I would definitely come back.

I wish the region of Puglia would focus more on its horrible trash issue.

Our room was dirty, small and in need of repair/renovation. Noisy AC unit on our very small deck. Only one chair to sit on . Room noisy .

This is a lovely hotel right on the beach and the ocean here is perfect for long distance swimming.Some rooms are suites so you can select the size of your room and ask for a room with an ocean view. Ours had a large balcony with a view of the sea.It is an old hotel that has been redecorated in Moroccan style.On the terrace restaurant you can enjoy a moonlit dinner with a view of the sea.There is a young man who makes a terrific omelet in the morning.

I wish they could arrange for a pick up service from the town of Manfredonia which is only 16km away so that it would be possible to arrive by train. There is a service from the airport at Bari.I also wish they would accept dogs in the hotel .

Excellent location with fantastic view, very nice hotel beach and good breakfasts.

Very poor wi-fi. Problems with mobile phone connections. Lack of power plugs in the hotel room. Lack of organization. Lack of beach towels. Too expensive for such poor quality.

The pool, the beach, the location, the design and architecture and the food!

AC was on in our room and was freezing! Check in was way too late. 3:30pm is too late. Was a little frustrating to have to continue to buzz the front desk to be let into the property from the front gate. And they forgot to give us the Wi-Fi info and explain the amenities during check in.

Beach could have more paths as stones are very large and difficult to walk onAnd our room was very small, access to the shower was dangerous as too close to the wash basin difficult to exit the shower

Elegant hotel, everything in black/white in a great location.Nice terrace with small pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. a lot of different sitting possiblities.On the beach it is very hard to go as there are only big stones - you should bring water shoes.Breakfast was good and sufficient. We did not take any other meal in the hotel.Going to Vieste - 40 km - is a small and windy road, but it is woth it.Rooms were nice, but not big, also the bathroom was rather old fashioned.We arrived a few hours early, the rooms were not ready, but we could use pool and beach. Great.

we asked for rooms together - but they were at least 15 rooms apart in another area.
