The room was great. Property very nice excellent views and beach area. Nature surrounding you.

For a Hotel of this caliber the food was not good. I got food poisoning from eating vongole pasta the evening we arrived. The next morning it started I got sick like a dog in bed with fever and chills. My partner contacted the front desk to ask for a doctor we were given the telephone number to a Medical Clinic somewhere out there. To make a long story short I would hope on the future the hotel would improve their culinary experience dramatically! Breakfast buffet was Okay not enjoyable!

The location and views were stunning, and all the staff worked very hard to ensure a pleasant stay.

In the area behind reception and in front of the main restaurant, there was a foul oder coming from the septic system.

The property, beach and surroundings are as beautiful as the photos online, so we got what we came for in the sense that we got to relax and log some time on a gorgeous beach to unwind a bit towards the end of our vacation. Rooms are very comfortable, appear newly renovated and are very beach chic overall, so nothing to complain about on location or accomodation. Breakfast is a huge resort style buffet with lots of options. Not the best, not the worst but also nothing to complain about. We were nervous about dinner based on other reviews, but we did not want to make the effort to leave the resort and come back. We ended up being pleasantly surprised, though we stuck with pastas, grilled meats and whole grilled fish.

In room amenities are minimal at best and beds are not really comfortable or uncomfortable, just hard. Common grounds, while beautiful, are not maintained well in terms of general upkeep or cleanliness. Outside of rooms, facilities look dated and are not on par with what you expect to receive in terms of cost when it comes to things like beach chairs, towels, etc. Service, for the most part, was not very good. Most staff moved at a slow pace and didn't seem to care about offering any semblance of hospitality at all. However, the staff on the whole appears to be highly overworked. Overall this is a big, poorly managed, mediocre resort that has a very beautiful beach/scenery. The premium cost to stay here is not worth it.

Spectacular grounds, beautiful location.

I found the buffet night to be overpriced given how little we ate. I had only one glass of wine and my husband had water, yet the beverages alone came to 30 euros for two people. The buffet itself was very good, but it’s really worthwhile only if you’re a big eater or if you have an all-inclusive package—otherwise the value isn’t there.

The beach was magnificent.The grounds were impeccable.The rooms were spacious, modern, clean.The food was delicious.Most of all, the staff from restaurant, front desk, life guards, bar tenders and cleaning personnel were TOP NOTCH!!!!

Overpriced for what it is. Understaffed, incompetent, and indifferent staff. Billing errors (they charged us for food and drinks we didn’t have and when we pointed this out received no apology); no one picks up the phone at reception (we were very patient); and oh, they will charge you an arm and a leg to use the beach the day you’re checking out.

Excellent breakfast, nice room in villa surrounded by lush garden. Breath-taking views, beautiful pebble peach with sun-chairs and umbrellas, towels, toilets, shower, and restaurant. Very comfortable. I loved this place and regret that we did not book more nights there. Easily the most beautiful place I have been to in Italy. Also, the hotel staff speaks English, not just Italian which is a big bonus.

The menu in the restaurant is utterly Italian and has no vegetarian option.

Location facilities staff very professional both on the beach side Antonio north beach Grill restaurant all staff together with restaurant and room set .The bar terrace with the excellent Giovanni .to our room maid on the 254 and reception staff ..They work very hard indeed .Forza ragazzi

I would have liked quicker response when you dial reception also will essential to have mosquito plug in in every room and citronella candles on every public place like bars and restaurants

Very quiet, lovely gardens, private beaches, good size rooms, good restaurant.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, however, twin beds instead of a double bed (as I was travelling with a friend) would have made the room more comfortable.

We weren't informed in advance that there will be a wedding during our stay and the restaurant and wellness area (including gym) will be closed. The day before the wedding, there was a heavy rain which flooded the court yard which was by the building where the gym was. So we weren't allowed to go to the gym at that time. One of the reason we chose this place was the ocean view gym but we never had a chance to go there. One other disappointed thing was the view from the room. We selected the "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony". When seeing the photos of the room with balcony, we never thought that the room will be facing the car parking. We didn't even use the balcony as the view was the car parking.

The setting was beautiful with stunning views. The complex was well designed with lots of different areas you could sit and relax. Although one of the beaches was closed due to bad weather before we arrived the other beach was lovely. The pool area was very nice too. We also used the tennis court which was fun. The breakfast was delicious and we had some excellent evening meals. The staff were all excellent - helpful and friendly - especially Giovanni in the bar and Antonio the wine waiter.

The bed was too firm.

The private beach (to which a lift takes you down) is very close to the rooms. The room was very new and modern. while the bathroom was very nice and big.

The only restaurant at the place was expensive with small portations and small menu.

The surroundings are what makes this resort attractive. The most we enjoyed was waking up very early to watch the sunrise from the private beach and kayaking around the Faraglioni, we had the beach all to ourselves!

The resort common areas need to be updated, the food was average to low and the service was terrible. The lifeguard at the beach was very rude to us and made us move to another sun bed as those were “reserved” for the suites… guess what, anybody used those beds while we were there! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and he didn’t care to make us feel special. Also the lady at front desk didn’t gave us a warm welcome.
