Shower heads dirty, toilet dirty and bedroom smelled like stale smoke covered up with lemon toilet cubes. Everything else was ok but certainly not the nicest campanile I have stayed at.

Easy to reach from the autoroute. Room is fine- not luxury, but neither is the price! Dinner options limited but good quality and quantity. Excellent breakfast. Staff were cheerful, friendly and very efficient - Merci, Enisa and Steven!

Only one fairly thin pillow provided. Exterior of the hotel is a bit grim and needs a bit of attention, but interior is fine.

It was very basic and tired. The bed mattress had springs poking up and was very uncomfortable. All round the room was a bit grotty and smelled of cigarettes. The tv was too old to take a firestick and the WiFi too slow to manage video streaming

Good location very close to the autoroute. It’s motel style and we did have to carry our bags up the stairs to our 1st floor room. Not a problem for us but worth noting. Clean room with bath, kettle etc. Dijon just a short drive away for food and relaxation

Not able to contact and after a long time no friendly comunication at all

There was no way to contact them that we areived late, not via phone, not via booking, not via HQ of campanile,… so we were not sure we could stay and ended up not going there. Booking accepted a refund / cancellation however the hotel was so mean to write ‘by the way we already took your money’ (after first not able to contact them for a week)

Breakfast was okay,maybe a little more variety

As with our stay at a campanile earlier this year we arrived expecting a restaurant only to find that they didn’t have a chef.Very disappointed and caused a lot of inconvenience

Staff were excellent

Dirty wet stairs, room had very bright lights on all night, no curtains. Very expensive

Clean basic room, nice bathroom with good shower. Nice public area/bar/restaurant. Helpful staff.

Yet again another hotel advertises garage parking in its list of facilities but does not have it. Some of the room lights did not work

Restaurant, quite poor short staffed and ready meals, so disappointing

The smell, like someone just smoke before I arrived in the room. Even my clothes smell the cigarette.

Room size, towels missing, tea and coffee not replaced, dirty sheets, nobody told us code for gate

Modern; clean; comfortable; convenient parking; friendly staff. Meal provded despite late arrival.

air conditioning performance was shocking and this made room really stuffy. urgently needs upgrade. food at adjacent restaurant was shocking

good location when traveling by car, close to highway, restaurants and supermarket.

very outdated rooms, simple enough for 1 night stay but definitely not for longer. room could have been cleaned better.
