B&B HOTEL Dijon Marsannay

Great value, friendly helpful staff. Well positioned for travelling Free parking and secure sight

Room was small but overall comfortable (except for the ridiculous heat) and had everything we needed.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was extremely hot (bearing in mind it was only the 1st week of April and less than normal room temperature outside) and particularly on the mezzanine where the kids had to sleep on the floor with a noisy tower cooler (that hardly rotated) to try and cool down. One part of their floor felt like it had underfloor heating it was so hot - and that seemed to be one of the main causes of heat. We didn't feel safe enough to leave the window open at night and tried the 'air conditioning' but it just pumped warm air and was noisy and the thermostat didn't seem to do anything. In the morning we noticed pretty much every room had their windows open so clearly a problem with the building systems and not just some rooms. Its a shame as the heat as put us off staying here again.

Le petit dejeuner etait tres bien

The check in on screen did not work and had to call for help. That was the only problem but so easily resolved.

The location, many shops and restaurants near the hotel, the room is perfect for a family of 4, super clean, parking secured

The breakfast should be with more varieties

Great location, close to the highway. Decent beds and good breakfast. Great value for money!

The temperature in the room was too high, especially upstairs. And limited possibilities to adjust the temperature. It would be nice to be able to lower the temperature.

Location, staff and a good breakfast

Toilet needed to be repaired by the manager and keypad stopped working

The room and the beds and bathroom are very small, Someone stupid maybe from the staff opened the door of the room without permission at 8 o'clock on the morning and uther 3 person's opened the door at 10AM again, they are very messy and disgusting people opened the door without permission ?.Spider was on the wall. 0 start

Exactly what we needed on route to the Alps. Convenient, easy to get to, inexpensive, one room to sleep a family of four and a very friendly chap on reception ?

Very good bedding Good location for stop over during long journey Easy access to roomQuiet

Two hotels of same chain less than 500m apart which confused us (went to other hotel)

It is a good value for money to stay for one night on the way to the ski vacation.Easy to book and easy to enter even without personnel in the building.

Breakfast is not very good. Short on the choice and very crowded in the breakfast area in the morning.

Very good location for one night standing during the long trip. Clean, nice, animals are allowed. Small place for breakfast.Thank you B&B Hotel Dijon Marsannay Team!

Basic, clean, cheap. Ideal for a road trip stopoff

Lovely staff. Modern rooms.

Heating not great.

Perfect stop when traveling through France. Really comfortable bed, decent shower, a McDonalds just outside, what more could you want!

Some guy asking me for money just outside, didn’t feel unsafe but it was a strange encounter.

the price

shower curtain, entrace gate with no space for cars to wait in line, wrong address provided to wrong building, etc.

Convenient location and good family size room. Comfortable beds.

Tricky using out of hours check in machine and we weren't happy with the locking mechanism on the room. It took ages to get in and we weren't sure if it was working correctly.

Great for stop over en route to our holiday destination. Good price, secure parking, comfortable beds and warm shower. Reception were very helpful and friendly.

The Hotel staff went above and beyond, they were excellent! Very comfortable beds and pillows. I would definitely stay again, if I was travelling that way.

Easy to access the rooms, plenty of good parking. Clean and comfortable. Thumbs up.

Good location near the highway. Good price.

Even though Check-out was until 12:00, at 11:30 my wife got hit by the door opened roughly by cleaning staff, without even knocking. This is a no go. They didn’t even apologize.
