The room is too warm ???, there was no fan or air-conditioning and windows is too small for vitilasion

The location

The staff and service has been very friendly and helpful and my late check didn’t caused any problem. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, a perfect functional hot water shower, high speed internet and actually very quiet for a good sleep!

Cheap.

Room had horrendous chemical smell to it, towels all stained, carpet not hoovered with a snapped cocktail stick poking out of it (we had a 2yr old child with us). The quality of the rooms are nothing like the photos. Heavy cigarette smoke from reception, with all doors to stairway propped open, so all corridors smelt of cigarette smoke.

I can only assume the photos on booking.com were taken 20 years ago. As it actually looked like a nice alternative to f1 or prem class. But was very run down. Smelled of smoke, toilets didn’t flush, beds were completely worn out, stick to campanile for same price, far superior.

Very convenient for one night stay. Enough parking space.

What did I like? Travellig by motorcycle at the time, I loved the chance to get out of the worst rain I have ever seen.Proximity to shopping centre for good breakfast in the morning.That is it.

The building is not looked after fully. But it works.

All was what l expected for the money, good shower and clean room with parking.Breakfast was a bit sparse so did not bother,Staff were helpful.I liked the way you could have joining rooms.

Dirty, massive step into the bathroom where there was a broken toilet, a shower that made no since in its shape which made it very difficult to move round in. holes in carpets, cramped, the whole place wasn’t clean & it smelt like a public toilet .There was a desk in the room that wasn’t even fitted so there was a big gap at the back.The staff I understood didn’t speak English but that doesn’t mean they had to be so bluntly spoken.

Location was great for travelers

No airco, makes a big difference in the summer! It was very hot in the night! A baby cot was requested en confirmed by them, when we arrive there was nothing! The guy from the reception helped us with it, thanks for that ?

Looks and felt like a prison block

Pictures look a lot better than reality. Rooms were hot, without a secure way to open the window. Carpets were old and dirty. Bathrooms old

The beds were amazing after camping for a whole week. The small room was also perfect and all that was necessary for our time in Dijon. The breakfast bufet was also a blessing.

There isn't much around the hotel itself. You have to take a bus or Uber to do anything worth doing in and around Dijon. If you don't mind walking 7km+ then this won't bother you

Awful, checked out and left immediately

Arrived at the hotel to find both the building and then car park very run down, with fabric hung at the windows. Upon entering, we were greeted with a foul smell and run down decor. We checked in and headed to the room, which was tiny, the toilet and towels unclean and dirty. My travelling party and I quickly looked for another hotel and checked out immedietly. On our departure we looked back at the hotel details/ photos. I would like to express that the hotel/ rooms do not look like the pictures whatsoever. Unfortunately we did not take photos as we were keen to depart promptly.

The room were clean and tidy joining rooms. Very cheap great deal

The lady on the desk was very helpful and very polite

The travellers parked just round the corner as I was concerned about the goods in my car

Just for the one night its OK.

The battery heater does not work, in winter it is important. The bottom mattress of the bed is stained. But for such a small price it is understandable.

You get what you pay for. A cheap overnight stop.

Check in console useless. Paid for 3 rooms but shown 1 and key card not issued. Unable to get inside as no night staff. Unable to find other rooms. Tried calling emergency number but no answer.Bed broken and sagging.

It was cheap, that is a fact. The location is good if you are travelling.

In 2023 there are many ways to be cheap AND also reasonably nice. This was amongst the ugliest and saddest rooms if been in in a very long time. The manage could reply that it had a bed (two, single, decent); a window (true); and a small but fully equipped toilet and shower. So, I suppose I cannot properly "complain". Still, the room, the corridors, are kind of depressing. It's like assuming that the slightest effort in decoration would be offensive.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Horrendous! Booked to stay here whilst touring on my motorcycle, on arrive the outside is very dirty and unkept, on entering the premises the feeling of unkept and dirty conditions continued. On receiving the keys and inspecting the room this turned out to be a dirty and unsanitary location. It felt like entering a prison and after looking around the room/bathroom found it to be very very dirty with BLOOD on the bed frame and other stains. The staff weren’t very helpful, refusing a refund and when I was speaking to booking.com the property refused to answer the phone to booking.comI’m still waiting for a refund to this day with no contact from the property or booking.com.I’m very disappointed in how booking.com have dealt with this situation.I was lucky there was a hotel near to stay in at short notice!
