Very small room, smelly, ac was not working

The pool was lovely. It was nice to have the option of half board. The rooms were comfy and nice to h e adjoining option for kids rooms

Large room , near an access door to the garden for the dog. Bed very comfortable and room clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Didn’t have breakfast as I felt the set price of €19 euros was too expensive when I only wanted to have a coffee and toast or croissant.

Friendly staff, good location.

The room was basic, but ok for the money.

I have probably stayed here ten times. Good location when you are on the road from Germany to southern France. They have the restaurant open all year around which is very much appreciated. Excellent breakfast. Free and garded parking.

Rooms hot, beds not made up, walls and doors and ceilings not sound proof.

Staff

Very thin walls so noisy! Rooms much too hot, even with thermostat on zero. Our beds were also not made up which was a shame.

Beds were comfortable, shower was very good.

The fire alarm went off at 6:30am on Saturday morning. The staff were running around looking scared. No one except for our family left the building, customers and employees in breakfast room continued on where they were. Eventually the alarm was switched off and only when I asked at the front desc when we returned to the building what happened were we told that it went off due to a burnt toast. The facilities management should check the smoke/heat detectors in the kitchen/restaurant. We booked a family room for 4 but there was only 1 cup, 1 tea bag and 1 sachet of sugar. It should have been prepared for 4.

Disappointing

Rooms outdated and room/bed smelled like smoke. Breakfast was ok but for example eggs were ice cold.

The breakfast was excellent but the coffee machines were broken.

The bathroom was old and the plugs / drains were very dirty.

Breakfast and staff were excellent

Dinner was overpriced and poor. Roast chicken and vegetables were not fresh.

Amazing breakfast and very nice hotel/restaurant staff.Good parking and great location if passing by.

Looking great in a pictures but in reality cleanliness would rate 2 and this place is begging for some tlc.

Close to the two attractions, Amneville Zoo and Walygator

Arrived 2150 and were refused any food as restaurant closed at 2200. Nowhere to eat nearby. Decor old and tired. Coach trip chaos at breakfast - felt sorry for the staff who were lovely.

Simple hotel with nice garden. Good pool for children.

We were just travelling through as a childless couple. This is not for us. Decor and facilities are somewhat tired.

It’s very close to the highway. We were on our way to the south of France from the Netherlands and needed a place to sleep.

It’s a typical hotel used for travelers. Good but don’t expect to much. The basics are there but that’s it. One good thing to mention, they have fastchargers for EV’s in front of the hotel.

Car park good for the stay and breakfast was ok.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and especially the rooms. Pictures that are provided on the web site look completely different than what you get. The reception area has been renovated at some point but the rest is outdate I must say maybe from the 80s as such. We couldn't wait to leave in the morning to be honest. The staff was unhelpful in regards to a table in the restaurant and if you want something from the bar. For instance I ask the bartender what beer do they offer and I got an answer ''I don't know I don't drink beer'' My little sun got served a boiled chicken breast for dinner which was clearly raw / pink in the middle. staff don't speak English hardly most of the once that served us and Menu is in French only. we only stayed there as we were passing by on us way home.

Excelklent carparking, big place.

Quite tired now. Choice of three red wines for a french hotel is a poor show.

Hotel requires refurbishment and cooling units need an urgent clean.

Unfortunately the rooms and corridors had a terrible smell of damp and sewage. The AC fan coil units need cleaning as they also smelt of damp in operation so we had to switch the unit off and open the window. We reported this to the hotel and the person on reception was friendly enough but it felt like they were disinterested in our concern.
