Friendly staff , fine breakfast and spa

We had the room with the sauna & fireplace -> amazing!We also had a pickup & vinyls in the room.Nice personel & great restaurant.Great location, 5 minutes drive to Zeel-am-See.Free parking, nice spa area.

The Hotel is on the main road leading to Zell am See. Our room was facing the Alps, had a quite nice balcony over the pool. Bed was comfy, bathroom was big, with shower separate from the toilet.

The only problem we had was the bathroom sink, which had only hot water. We stayed for barely a night, so it wasn't a factor, and the staff was very friendly when we let them know during check out.

We made a last minute decision to stay at the hotel and we’re very glad we did. Parking was really easy and we were upgraded to a junior suite. The rib-eye steaks were the best we’ve tasted and the staff were very friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

thin walls, very much heard things I did not want to hear, WC with only one door to the room where you sleep, better to have double doors (understand not possible likely, but then better ventilation required)

Some amenities could be upgraded, for example the swimming pool, elevator, rooms etc.

Really glad I found this hotel. The room was spacious and really comfortable, the food was fantastic in the resto and for the breakfast, felt like home made, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they opened the Sauna for me in the morning even though it opens at 3pm. Highly recommend, I plan to bring back the family for a stay.

The shower compartment is tiny.

Close to the Zellersee. Price was adequate for what the hotel offers. Hotel was as i expected. Also Maishofen people were very friendly.

breakfast was just OK, room was very spatios and no noise from the road, the pool, parking.

wifi was not working in the evenings, a lot of flies

The room was big and had a nice balcony.

We waited for 10 minutes for check-in at the reception. The room was big but old. There was no hand soap and very little shower gel. The breakfast was poor.

Great location, good food & hotel was clean with comfortable & spacious rooms. Staff were helpful. Good facilities including pool, bar, restaurant, parking & lounge areas.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was large as was the washroom. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was a typical self serve breakfast offering hot and cold choices.

the staff were nice

we were really disappointed. the pictures shown are far from the truth. the hotel is located next to the main street and it was noisy. the back yard isn’t as shown in the pictures. it wasn’t that clean either there were flies in the dining room. the smell of the cooked food can teach the rooms above.

Lovely good sized room with balcony and bathroom.

By a busy main road.Too many flies over the evening and breakfast buffet food . There seemed to be no covers over the food and lots of flies were everywhere. This was very off putting at meal times and must be rectified. I emailed the hotel a day after our visit over lost property and am still waiting for a response.The bike storage was too full of bikes and we struggled to get ours in!
