Nice room, clean.

The balance between price and quality for the buffet was uneven. I had to pay 62,50 euro (excl. drinks) for a buffet dinner that didn't meet the expectations for a price like that. I don't care to pay much if the quality is good. But it wasn't. The ravioli was woefully undercooked, the "schupfnudel" were overcooked and boring, there was very little choice for vegetarians, at all. Dessert options were minimal. Some salads were okay, and there was a good soup (but, hey, I am not going to pay 62,50 for a good soup) so all in all I believe it wasn't worth the money.

Not worth the money I paid

I would have preferred to order from the restaurant then to have a buffet for NYE. I paid 65 euros to have some potatoes and salad. I eat fish but no meat. The fresh salad buffet was good. Cheese good and wine not included very tasty

We spend an extended weekend here. The hotel and its staff were very good indeed. The food and wine was amazing. Top quality service.

No transport links to the city centre. 50 min walk to the closest train station. So taxi is the only option

this hotel is a very large one but we didn't get the feeling being too crowdy . It is very well located next to the highway A2 at about 4 kms from the entrance .the staff is very helpfull ; the room was large and very cleaned as well as the bathroom fully equiped with bathtube and showerthere was a very large choice of excellents meal and bread at the breakfast.

Good food selection for breakfast, big pool and very nice saunas, kids room that we took advantage of and very friendly staff.

Little disappointment with the soup we ordered for dinner. The paste was not properly mixed and it was extremely salty. Was kindly removed from our bill.

A perfect stay for a short transit! The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially for our pet—they provided a cozy bed and tasty snacks, which made our journey so much easier. While we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities (the pool looked inviting!), we felt well-rested and taken care of. Hopefully, next time we’ll have more time to relax before hitting the road again!

A lovely hotel with very modern rooms and dining areas. The massage therapist was very knowledgable and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely and very relaxing spaces.

When we arrived the staff should have asked whether or not we would have been using the spa facilities and provided us with the robes and towels at that point. Instead we wandered to the spa area and were directed back to the reception. Again, there was little information shared that they were to be returned to the front desk at check out meaning we had to go back to the hotel room to get them. There wasn’t a great deal of atmosphere at the hotel and it is in the middle of nowhere. Great if you have a car but expensive if you’re reliant on taxis as there’s not a lot of public transport options.

We stayed only few hours during the night as our flight was cancelled.The night receptionist was very helpfull an speaks good english.

Nice hotel with great facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Good choice of food and drinks in the evenings. Good choice at breakfast.

Location. Hotel was a little remote.

It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, clean and spacious. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m sad we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel and make use of the facilities!

The entire hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and inviting. The location makes for easy access from the motorway, without compromising on noise or the overall atmosphere of the surroundings.

Although a 4-star hotel, there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the room, no mini fridge and the balcony door was difficult to open and close without disturbing fellow travelers.

So close to the airport but far enough that you’re away from the sounds of the aircraft traffic.

Property is a little dated. Breakfast options we good but not as good as some of the other Van der Valk properties.

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent bar staff.. As a smoker i love that every room has a balcony.

The only thing that would make it even better would be a coffee maker in the room.

Value for money but location and comfort comes with a price

Great hotel for a sleepover. They serve delicious breakfast and offer pool access. The rooms are big and after asking about tea, we got a kettle and mugs for our rooms. We will stop there next time driving through Germany.

The front desk staff are outstanding and always pleasant as this was the fourth stay here. It is a very convenient place to stay if you're on the road.

Close to a highway

Dirty and stinky room, perhaps due to old carpets and people smoking there; uncomfortable bed, and room service meals so bad with raw meat served.

Everything was great, from a friendly staff to great food. The bed in the room was very comfy. It is truly a great hotel with a very friendly staff ?
