Best Western Premier Airporthotel Berlin

Free coffee 24/7.

No shuttle service to the airport. Taxi costs 40€.

Very well-designed, pleasant, clean

My deluxe room was supposed to have a refrigerator with cooking possibilities. The fridge more or less worked but urgently needed defrosting; its temperature couldn?t go low enough. And, no microwave, only a two -burner range, with no utensils or dishes

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. A little pricey but good choices

Some rooms facing busy 4 lane road. Hearing traffic with windows open

Very clean, friendly restaurant staff.

It¿s much farther from the airport than the name Airporthotel would suggest. Cab ride to the airport was 15 minutes -38 Euros with tip.

This hotel was big.

It was generally ok. However, the location was between a highway and a neighborhood, not easily walkable, difficult to get to from the airport. No store nearby. I didn't use the restaurant and it didn't seem appealing. Hotel was outdated.

very nice Staff at the Reception and Restaurant and a big breakfast Buffet

Not many free parking spaces, no Kids Meals at the restaurant and over all a small Menu. The cleaning Lady didnt clean our Room for 3 Days nor did she fill up the coffee station after comlaining to Staff at the Reception they took care of it right away!

Clean, comfortable, well-kept.

The airport shuttle cost 15 euros each way.

good food

They said they had airport shuttle which they did coming in, but charged $15 dollars for it, and no shuttle leaving!! had to call cab. Wifi sucked !

My husband and I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel. Despite the fact that it is not centrally located (which we were aware of), we prefer making the drive into town because of the excellent accommodations, friendly customer service, and quiet setting.

Absolutely nothing to report.

Breakfast array and friendly staff

Too far from Berlin..

Spacious rooms with bar top. Additional bed for child was provided at no extra charge. Price per night was compelling.

Distance from airport (a good 10min drive). The price of shuttle was 15EUR each way! Expensive breakfast 13EUR per person was quite steep. Room had stove top but no pans or pots were included. Room lacked microwave

The hotel staff very friendly, & knew english very well. The rooms were very spacious by European standards. Nice workout room, & beautiful spa which was all included in the price. Didn't pay extra for breakfast, but took a peak anyways & looked good

There was free parking on the street. The hotel had bragged about this so called free parking. Absolutely it was free. But, late arrivals will have to park WAY down the street. Good luck if its bad weather. They do have a garage, but thats additional $$

Very welcoming place with the sense of being local. Great and quiet location . An overall pleasant staff ; great food.

It will ideal if the hotel provided a non paid transportation to and from the bus or train station .

The front desk clerk went out of her way to be helpful

Nothing in particular

One employ The shower was broken No food even in the neighbourhood

The room was quiet and nice. There were a coffee machine and a kitchen in the room.

Nothing, everything was good.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed. They gave us extra coffee capsules when asked. The sauna was very relaxing and roomy.

The communication between hotel and restaurant was poor. When went for breakfast they didn't believe we had paid for it the night before. Had to go solve the issue.Housekeepers didn't come the whole week, had to go ask clean towels and I took garbage to the corridor.

Love that it had a kitchenette and great breakfast available

The parking was a little tight

We had a cancelled flight and the receptionist was really kind and accommodating to us. The rooms were nice and clean. Close to the airport.

Staff

Sink, toilet and shower were filthy! It was not cleaned. Not okay. Pretty gross. I can send photos. I want refund!
