Pros +
- Clean, staff nice, nice breakfast, close walk to city centre (about 40ish min)
- Location and car park.
- Comfortable bed, very nice pillows and bed linen. Good breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely.
Cons -
- Nothing to dislike
- We were given the key to a room that had not been serviced.
- To be honest there wasn’t much as the facilities for the price are very good value especially for a couple. However, the hotel is quiet dated in its decor could do with is bit of a make over. . the reception and restaurant area could do with a makeover as both areas are The outer entrance lobby is a bit dark, dated & with heavy doors.

We chose IBIS Styles based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. We booked in for one night on our outward journey and the same again on our return journey. On both occasions we found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful and took pride in what they did. The rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds and a great shower. There was a coffee/tea station in reception (which was not expected) and the breakfast selection was excellent. We could not hear the traffic which was surprising as the hotel is close to a very busy junction. The hotel’s car park was a very good size too & secure.

Easily accessible on our journey.Good breakfast included in price.
The people in the next door room were noisy (there was a closed adjoining door - I would avoid that next time)
The hotel was easy to find just off the ring road and dispite being close to the road there was little road noise during the night. The member of staff was welcoming and checkin easy as was check out. The room was fairly spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower room had everything necessary for an overnight stay. As normal in a budget hotel in France breakfast was buffet style but we were both impressed by the exceptional selection offered and the presentation was also exceptional in its layout. The staff we met the morning of our departure were friendly, cheerful and looked as if they enjoyed there work and one took the time to come and ask us if we had everything we needed and if we were satisfied with our stay. We don't normally travel this route at this time of day but our experience might change our minds about route and stopover. Thanks to all the staff. An exceptional stay and service
No dislikes although some of the decor in the room needs attention this didn't detract from the stay
Location is perfect
We didn’t sleep well beds were uncomfortable beds need replacement
excellent value for a stop off further south - exactly what we needed and comfortable for the whole family in one room. Breakfast was an extremely well stocked continental buffet.
The area is sketchy as hell! You are literally on the side of a motorway and as such food options are limited around there - it was fine but don't expect gastronomy.
Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond what could be expected. Easy to find. Good breakfast with properly boiled eggs and nice tea! Lots of places to eat nearby including an O'Relais.
The decor was looking a bit tired if that's your thing but everything worked and it was spotless.
Spacious and comfortable room for 3. Comfortable beds and pillows, nice shower room, separate toilet. Close to motorway.
Breakfast was not up to the usual Ibis standard, no madeleine cakes and not much choice of tea.
Spent over two hours driving around trying to find this Hotelwhen we did find it we were told "You are at the wrong one, YOU need to be at our other hotel the other side of the Town/City We were using TWO sat nav's, one fixed to our BMW and the was a TOM TOM we use in one of our company vans, so do not try to use our devices as the reason for the hotel's group error, even the staff thought it was a great laugh and confirmed we were just one of many who have had the same trouble. Time and money wasted due to a a micky mouse company who do not check there web page. we drive to Spain two or three times a year, and would not under any circumstances use this group again and trust that our comments will be taken on board by other travellers
The hotel group need to employ staff that are upto the job
Convenient location for breaking our journey as we travelled through France. We booked a family room for 4 and there are at least 2 layouts, 1 with bunk beds. Breakfast was good.
No lift. We stayed twice in different family rooms. We all agreed the beds were uncomfortable on the first visit staying on 3rd floor. Bathroom and shower was very small.
Bed was comfortable and location was perfect travelling back from south of France. Plenty of eating options in the location, locked parking on site. Family room on 3rd floor and no lift so if mobility issues you would struggle. Room was comfortable and clean, carpet to room was shabby and needs upgrading. Breakfast was perfect and had good options available.
Its basic obviously cost reflects this otherwise no issues.
A great stopover on our return from the South. Very spacious family rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was good for the price and would definitely stay again.
All was good for a reasonable price.
Will never use again.
No non-feather pillows. Was told to go to Aldi and buy our own!
Easy to find great location for our travel to Eurotunnel
I’m not keen on paper cups in room, would rather have a glass
The room was lovely and modern. It was a big family room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was really nice with a great selection for our whole family.
We didn't like the fact that after ordering a couple of beers (and them being opened by the staff) they then told us the card machine was broken even though we'd paid for our room by card 10 minutes earlier. We were asked to drive to a cash point to get money, they did say we could pay the next morning. After struggling to find a cash point that night we asked a different member of staff if the card machine was working and they said it was so we paid by card in the end. Mt only gripe is that had they told us about the card machine prior to opening the beers we would have left them.
Really great place, superb location. Staff was really cool and so friendly. Warm welcome, clean place, great room and 1664 beer in the place was just excellent. Really great place to stay.
Great location to break up the journey south Friendly staff, good breakfast and super convenient
Air con wasn’t working in room
The bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Good value for money
Location. It was out of town among other budget hotels and fast food restaurantsThe plumbing was very loud and intrusive. Sounded like water was cascading down between the walls
