The location is great We had a view of the sea and the mountains from our balcony.

It was clean

The smell in the washroom. Also shower is open with no curtain or wall. Water goes everywhere and it’s a slipping hazard.

The location makes this hotel an absolute gem. It is close enough to easily walk to the port and shopping areas while at the same time being outside the noise and traffic of the center. Steps away from the beach beds and umbrellas is an additional feature that sets this property apart from others.

The staff was amazing and probably one of my favorite parts of my stay. The housekeeping was prompt and the rooms are updated and clean. I loved the location near the center of everything. The breakfast had a good selection of things to eat.

The bed was a little stiff and the room was on the small side. I would have liked a little more room in the bathroom especially counter space for putting my toiletries.

Although the room was clean, it had a strange smell when we arrived. Also the staff at the breakfast venue could have been more tactful.

Everything was perfect

Location is great, but that is the only thing we liked about the hotel

The hotel is very outdated and in urgent need of renovation, especially the shower. Curtains were half torn and there was no way to keep the room dark in the morning. At night there was very little lighting and the room wad dark. Breakfast was horrible- variety and taste were both lacking. We carried the lugage cart ourselves only to find out that a few stairs in the hallway lead to our room so the cart cant reach it. Room balconies have a very low ledge so we would not let our kids outside for falling hazard. You get very little for the high price you pay- really not worth it.

Very nice hotel, clean and centrally located. The room was modern and comfortable and tge double bed is huge. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating and make you feel welcome. There is someone at the reception desk round the clock. Breakfast with variety of sweet and savory options. A very good choice for Nafpaktos.

The people who worked there are incredible. Very nice and gentle . Always there to help and to answer when you need help.

The pictures of the room we took didn't correspond to the real room . When they say sea view. The sea view is nearly nothing ^^. So the sea view thing is a bit a trap.

The air conditioner was noisy

It is our second stay in this hotel. Easy to access, big free public parking is just round the corner. The pedestrian area with local taverns and coffee shops is within 5-10min. The castle and main shopping streets are also easy walkable. We love this hotel for great location and excellent staff.

Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, and (in winter) parking was easy to find near the hotel.

Rooms were functional (business-like) but lacked character and warmth. But, for the price, it was good.

Very beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Our dog was also warmly welcomed.We can definitely recommend this hotel!
