The property was especially charming with all the winter holiday decorations. The variety of breakfast items was a plus.

The property address listed on Booking.com is incorrect and is about 900 meters from the property’s true address.

This was a very cute boutique hotel. The room was smaller but quite comfortable. The hotel was close to everything. Easy to walk to restaurants and a lot to see. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. In addition, I have had the pleasure of socializing with the people I have met here.Margarita, Gina! Thank you so much for your recommendations you gave me. You are wonderful! And I wish every tourist to be in my shoes. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was great. We loved the mansion and all the little details.

I wish breakfast was served earlier. The only serve breakfast at 9 and we had to leave at that time. I wish we could have stayed, it looked good.

Little bathroom

Breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly and came with me to find a parking spot. The reception area is beautiful and comfortable.

The rooms very rather small.

All good but breakfast was quite poor. Not great selection on savoury stuff. When items in the buffet would finish they won’t be replaced.

The breakfast was huge and had a great variety of food, the room is big and beautiful, with a small patio and a couch to give somewhere to sit other than the bed.

It was a bit loud but not enough to disturb sleep.

The location was great and the breakfast was epic! Rom was comfy and overall really enjoyable.

The bathroom was quite small, and the was a strange smell. But apart from this, it was wonderful

Clean, neat and comfy room. The bathroom was very nice, same as toiletteries. The style of rooms is very lovely and location in the heart of Nafpaktos. Staff were very welcoming and brought a good breakfast to my room

Great location, beautiful building and very clean apartment.

For a hotel that is advertised as boutique one, it certainly needs quite a lot of work before winning the boutique title.. We booked the attic, which was great in size but was lacking of facilities that you definitely expect in place like this. First of all there was no hair dryer in the room, we had to ask for one.There were not enough plugs in the apartment and none close to the desk. You were supposed to unplug the lamp shade in order to change your phone. There were just two small water bottles in the fridge for a family of four and the bathroom had a bad smell from the plumbing work done a couple of days before our arrival.Most importantly though, the breakfast was far of what you expect from a boutique hotel...Some sort of off the shelf peach juice, not even an orange one, low quality cereals, spoiled fruit and most importantly an awful and tasteless instant coffee. If the owners fix the above and add a nice touch for all guests, the hotel could tick the boxes to become a decent boutique hotel in Nafpaktos
