Pros +
- The room and breakfast and location is good. Quite and peaceful.
- The hotel room in the annex was exceptionally big, cozy and quiet. The spa is okay, with a big jacuzzi, a sauna (a not really hot one, around 80 degrees), a steam bath with no lights, and heat beds. Even though this is not a bike friendly sports hotel, there was a place to store the bicycles (not equipped with anything, just a storage room) in the main building.
- Beautiful place with friendly staff. The place was desolate and felt very private as an adult only hotel. It’s also connected to a church which is quite cool
Cons -
- The shower water leaks into the bedroom
- The hotel stuff was quite lost and doesn’t seem to be really friendly. However they answered all our questions with only exception when we were trying to reserve a dinner but were suggested to use globo instead.
- Being connected to the church meant there were frequent bell rings on each hour

Lovely hotel with great design. We were upgraded to a suite with a super comfortable sofa and large bed with good quality bedding, great bathroom with rainfall shower and jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was very good (coffee and eggs to order), and the private spa fantastic, with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, multi jet cold showers and heated beds. By chance we were staying during the "parade of demons", which was great to watch in the square. The roof terrace was a nice place to watch the sun rise - it would be lovely in the summer (small pool and sun beds).
Although the room had a kettle and coffee machine, no tea or coffee was provided.
Beautiful building, and central location. Sadly that also means the nighttime chatter on the town square (questionable crowd) can be heard all night. The town is pretty vacant in April so as a solo traveler, I didn't feel safe walking out at night. Coffee/tea is chargeable, not sure why. Glasses were dirty. I forgot it was a 4star hotel. No one at check out time to share this feedback with.
+ Warm welcome at the reception+ Very clean and comfortable+ Lovely toiletries+ Connected also by train (that goes frequently)+ Private jacuzzi, obviously :-)
- Staff during breakfast seemed overwhelmed and fell quite behind on orders (perhaps they were short on staff and simultaneously overbooked because it was Christmas holidays?). I had 30 mins to get out of the door, but it took 4 assertive tries to get my order in, then 20 mins for my tea (yet to be steeped) to arrive, and my eggs never made it at all. Not a major issue for most guests not in a hurry, but good to be aware of and plan for in case you are
Really good place. Good for couples- very romantic and cozy. The private spa was amazing! Staff were also super friendly and nice. The breakfast was also really good. If you want to choose something different from modern busy hotels this is the right place- very Mallorquin and local, and super close to two amazing restaurants and bars.
This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is wonderful, beautiful, and I absolutely love the style. The beds are very comfortable, and the quality of the bed linens is excellent, which is crucial for a good rest. The spa is fantastic.
However, the staff always disappoints. The reception desk administrator is consistently unwelcoming, leaving an unpleasant impression.
I liked the cleanliness, the building itself, the design of our room, the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, the breakfast, the easy way of communicating with the reception via whatsapp. We had the suite with the bathroom window facing a concrete wall, but honestly, we found it to be relaxing - nobody could look inside and it had a certain modern look :) The paella we ordered for dinner was very recommendable. There are some nice bakeries in the village where we bought pastries for our day-trips.A late check- out was made possible for an extra fee, so I could enjoy the day until the afternoon.
The mattresses of the bed were way too soft for both of us. One day, it rained very heavily, and quickly water from the roof started to enter the room. It's a pity the hotel has no own parking spaces. Coming home from our hiking trips, we always had to circle around a little bit. However, we were always able to find a parking space in 5-10 min. walking distance. The restaurant which offers the menu in the evening (Es Garum) was really a big disappointment, I wouldn't recommend going there.
Charming district, great breakfast, welcoming staff
Textile lamps could‘ve been cleaned of dust
Absolutely beautiful and comforting place. The breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere was peaceful, the spa?! All of the amenities really made our stay such an experience. Also the staff were all super great and made the stay very pleasant and easy check in/check out process
Parking was challenging, I couldn’t imagine what it’s like during busier months. Though difficult it became easier to adjust to during our stay. I love the interior of the courtyard and receptions area, but the rooms could be decorated with more color and coziness in mind
Location is quiet but not suitable if you have accessibility issues as lots of steps. Breakfast is ok but not included in room price. Some rooms a very small and also not on one level. Decore is excellent
Free breakfast, more hanging and storage space.
The property was clean and the beds were comfortable . The spa is recommended . The breakfast was good.
The Restaurant in the evening is permanently closed . We ordered a meal in what we thought was the restaurant and we were served cold takeaway food which we paid 150 euros for and could not eat . We complained at the time and have sent several emails but have been completely ignored by the management team . I would not recommend this location or hotel as there are far better ones to choose from . A note every restaurant apart from one was closed in the area .
Our bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was outstanding - jacuzzi bath and powerful shower. Breakfast outside on the patio was excellent. Our 5 course dinner at Es Garum, arranged by the hotel was an absolute treat and we also had a couple of really good simple meals at Celler Sa Placa right across the street from the hotel.
The main building was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. There is a lovely big bathroom and the hottub was a treat. Breakfast was delicious! Really good service. Location was perfect for us.
We stayed in the rooms outside of the main building. The only problem is you can hear everything from the room next door and upstairs!
Lovely setting, nice pool and jacuzzi area, large rooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast selection!
I wouldn’t rate this hotel as “luxury”. The amenities and services were really basic. The staff were polite, but not excessively helpful. Although the breakfast was nice, the service was practically non-existent. It wasn’t unusual, during our 6-night stay, to wait over 10 minutes without seeing a single member of the breakfast staff to offer tea or coffee. There was also no breakfast menu for hot food, so it was a guessing game as to what they’d be able to serve! We realised towards the end of our stay that a lot more than just “scrambled or fried eggs” was available. We were put in the Annex building, which is a 2 minute walk from the main building. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy — the doors weren’t designed to be sound proof (not to mention the tiled floors).
The property had a unique look. The place in very nice and the staff is friendly but they don’t’t speak very much English.
It’s nearly impossible to find a parking space , it took us more than 30 minutes, and we ended up parking in front on other people we had no choice.
Lovely architecture, authentic Spanish town. Rooftop pool - quiet and relaxing. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and spa facilities!
This is a fantastic hotel. Staring with the location, then the building that it is in (18th century manor!!) and the amenities available in the room (balcony, private jaccuzi, comfortable beds, fridge). The place itself was spotless. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.
Beautiful hotel with a nice spa. Quiet and calm.
Basic amenities like coffee capsules or a teabag and tea had to be requested and collected at the reception at an additional cost. Tiny shampoo and soap cake that was never refilled. These are petty things but when you pay a good amount of money you expect some basic comforts. Otherwise a neat and sweet place to stay at.
