I liked the amenities the hotel offered. Most of the staff were polite but others made us feel unwanted.

Outside swimming pool too small for number of guests. Indoor swimming pool too deep for children.

Everything was great, the receptionists were polite and the check in was smooth, the view was awesome both from the hotel room and spa area. A huge shout-out to Paul for accomodating our requests Food is decent.

Rude server in the dinner area.The waiter was pretty rude in the beginning and shifted his tone later when I spoke in french. Not sure if it was my husband's french skills or he had some other issues but he could have been polite and better at handling guests.

The outdoor pool was amazing, Buffet dinner had limited choices but the meat meal was really good, and the steamed vegetables were excellent. Views are great.

The room interieur should get a renovation, like the outside of the hotel too. But the pool area and the restaurant are well furbished, which compensates the old style of the hotel.

The view was speechless (we asked if possible to have a room with nice view and we received it), amazing location, a very big plus was the indoor pool

A few deteriorated drapes, ceiling on the balcony have some exfoliating paint, the staff could be more friendly

The rooms with a great view, the heated pool, and spa were great. The beds are also very comfortable.

The food was dreadful. Two of our children were taken ill on day 3 of our stay. The day they recovered, the beef in the lasagne was actually raw. This unfortunately spoiled part of this long awaited trip as they could not ski on those days. We had booked an apartment with a self catering option but this had been double booked so when we arrived (despite messages confirming it was a safe booking) we discovered we had to have adjoining rooms with free lunches thrown in for compensation (not very convenient for skiing days). To be fair the hotel did give us some money back but overall we did not have a good stay here and would not return. When the children were sick, the hotel had actually run out of towels at one point.

Some staff at the reception were not friendly and professional. One senior lady refused to tell me her name during checkout, no invoice was provided, and no booking adjustment message was sent to Booking as they promised.

Excellent family hotel, very child friendly. Nice pool, spacious room, convenient restaurant for all meals located on the premises. Great location.

Doors locked at 11pm with no buzzer, if you forget the code, tough getting back in.

Food was good in the all inclusive food package . All the views from the hotel are amazing, from breakfast, from your room balcony to the amazing out door spa pool .

Obviously it gets super busy in high season .

Outside spa area is awesome. (In addition to inside pool , hammam and jacuzzi) . One thing this area isn’t mentioned in hotel description and wasn’t well mentioned at check-in. I suspect that was the reason that not anyone except us was there. Even if we were in the middle of work week. View from the balcony was good. Cozy and clean room. Close to the train and to the telecabins. Bus stop just in front

Jacuzzi were cold and no bubbles. It was off around 5pm while should work until 9. Food on breakfast and dinner is 3 out of 10. Pool table at game area was out of order. I suspect to deviate children from there. And yes, there are hundreds of children because of some sort of schools. A lot of noise from them. And they occupy all the public space in the hotel. Hotel should make it clear that it hosts some organized school camps

Facilities and Location. The room was basic and clean. Nice and comfortable hotel.

The staff at the reception didn't seem particularly attentive or eager to assist, except for one girl in the morning who was very nice and friendly. Her kindness made a positive difference in an otherwise lacking experience.

The SPA is wonderful, the restaurant is very good and convenient, the staff is mega helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a couple of meters from skii lift

The outdoor pool water is not enough warm !
