It was a very cozy hotel, with a beautiful view. The staff was wonderful, breakfast very good

The pictures of the room as displayed on Booking.com were all from the one bigger room with the biggest terrace. They have 9 rooms and that is the only one that looks like that. So that's a bit misleading. Our room was nice, but did not look like the pictures, and we booked this hotel because of the room we saw on the pictures . But the location and the service for sure made up for it.

Pis stay was made all the more pleasant due to the attention of the staff members who went out of there way to accommodate my coeliac condition they couldn’t have done anything better We also had a late check in due to an incident in our transportation to the hotel and that also was no problem for the staff Great stay great breakfast and a fantastic location We would definitely book a stay here again Alan and Jackie ogilvie

The breakfast was so over the top and enjoyable. The employees just worked so hard to make our stay the best! That view was incredible.

It was a little warm the first night and we tried to purchase a little fan to no avail but sitting on the balcony helped.

Great place, quiet and rural, and had some food, look round the area, will miss that view in the morning from my room.

Great spot right on the river- fantastic view. Large room work extra porch area attached to shared outdoor balcony. Very spacious. Host was friendly and accomodating- she welcomed me with a hard earned beer after a long day of hiking the rheinsteig! Magnificent

Everything was just perfect, no complaints.

Everything! Some of the best hospitality I have experienced. I wanted some quite accommodation in a small town and this exceeded my expectations. One night was not enough, I didn’t want to leave. The view from the room is stunning, food is delicious, the staff were the best part. So lovely!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the stay.

* Located directly on the Rhein, yet quiet* Room had both conservatory (with lazy boy chair) and balcony* Friendly host. She provided info about a restaurant option for dinner as I stayed on a Monday night (ruhetag)

* If you arrive before check-in opens, then the hotel is not open. Ok on a sunny day, less so if it is raining* Room key mix up meant that it was not possible to lock my room during my stay* Pillows are way too soft to be supportive
