Parking poor

The location was great!

It was a bit small for the number of people we were but it was a last minute booking and it met our criteria so it was fine.

The location is very good. Very close to the promenade.Very easy to find a parking near the hotel

Even though the room is non smoking, it smells like a ashtray. The bathroom looks outdated and not clean. The parking is VERY small, and can fit not more than 4 cars.

Very good location, if by car you need to be lucky to find a spot in the surrounding streets (we did), otherwise count € 15 more for a car park/day. Room clean with all you need for one night..

Quite a small room close to a busy street, but traffic eases at around 11pm, so for us it was pretty ok

Location was great, in the city center. Staff helped us with room access and baggage storage. Nice sea view.

Very bad WiFi, had to wait a few minutes in the heat for the receptionist to arrive. No elevator. Bathroom door could not close completely.

The people working were very polite. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the train station and 1 minute away from the pedestrian road near the sea. The room was very clean and cozy and the whole building is vintage. It is one of the first hotels in Chalkida . We were very happy with our choice

Central location, friendly staff and low price.

It was a bit noisy, perhaps unavoidable in this central location. A big problem was no hot water in the morning.

The bathroom had a very small sink, very weak water flow in the shower. Impossible to find parking

The Steff always plasent and trying to help

Its my second time beacouse of the location but in both of the times the rooms was smalling from cigarettes, i had ants in the room and its impossible to open the windows beacouse there is a parking lot on the back

They updrafts us to the couples delux room so this review is for there. Great location, right by the water and restaurants. They reserved a parking spot for us which saved a lot of headache and money. The room is very minimal, exactly as advertised and fine for one night. There was no view or anything but good enough. We were able to walk all over the touristy areas and walked to the fortress.

Location, price, early check in

Very bad mattress, springs digging into the body, now you can find so many good and inexpensive mattresses, why??? Shower without curtain, door to the bathroom did not close. Grey colour white bed linen

Comfy beds and friendly staff

Noise level, Hotel not insulated properly and kept being woken up from the noise in the hallways. Also, first night found a huge cokroach on my face towel. Immediately told reception who said we exterminate 3x a year, maybe it came in from the window if you left it open due to all the restaurants in the area. Yuck ?

The door was old and with no sound proof. It seemed you were at the street everytime a car passed and honked you were outside, or you were at the reception everytime the phone rang

A really nice experience staying at the "Kentrikon" hotel. It is literally right in the middle of Chalkida which is convenient since you do not have a car for a walkthrough into the city.Building/Rooms were just fine, given the price range !Special thanks to Ms. Besy, for the warm welcome and her positive vibes

Good location and friendly and helpful receptionists

The room smelt horrible. The bathroom door was rotten, the towels smelt that and it was very noisy inside the hotel, and if you open the window, it’s even noisier from industrial air-conditioning outside.

The Kentrikon Hotel is well-located, comfortable, clean, and is great value-for-money. The staff are great and very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the waterfront of Chalkida and its many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Easy car parking at the rear of the hotel was provided at no extra charge.

No complaints whatsoever!

The hotel is right in the city center. It was really clean overall. Mrs. Bessy at the reception looked kind and open-hearted.The room had a unique feature: a view of ancient Greek ruins beneath the floor, visible through transparent panels – a requirement by law, but fascinating nonetheless.

We chose the "Superior Family Room" as we liked its loft and ladder design. However, the room we received, while similar in structure, had several differences from the advertised pictures. The colour of the ladder, a bit smaller bed nook, and the window layout were not as expected. We also missed the extra sink. Although these are minor differences, the bathroom's size was our main concern. It was much smaller than shown in the pictures, requiring us to be quite careful while showering. Nonetheless, the historical Greek ruins visible through the floor were an unexpected highlight. Moreover, the floor was sticky (not dirty!), which kept us in our shoes indoors.It seems the hotel's current listing groups these two rooms under one category, leading to a mismatch between expectations and reality. We advise the hotel to consider separate listings for each room, with accurate photos to ensure transparency.
