Welcoming staff and helpful staff. Good was delicious. Comfortable. Close to TMB trail.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds, super convenient location at easy walk distance to the cable car, ski rental shop at the hotel premises.

Rooms very poorly finished. Corridors also. Breakfast overpriced. Dinner menu not good for families

WiFi very poor in rooms and even in reception. Breakfast not good for price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, had all the facilities we required for a ski holiday. Nice food

The see through glass walls in the shower and toilet cubicle in the ours suite bathroom. The toilet was hung to high on the wall, we all had to use a step. Lack of headroom in the upstairs bedroom of the suite.

Good location, easy checkin/checkout, room was OK, although would be even better if it was possible to install se doors to the bedroom. Hotel itself doesn't have a parking for guests, but P4 is just 100m away, so not a big deal. There is a bar and a restaurant, so if you want, you don't need to walk anywhere for the evening.

I wish the bar served some good selection of beers from tap. It was only possible to order small bottled beers (doesn't make sense, if you just just buy them cheaper in supermarket).Restaurant menu was a bit weird, but maybe I am just not sophisticated enough.

The hotel and its team were lovely. It was clean, warm and welcoming.

A little more variety on the evening menu would have been welcomed - but what they had was lovely.

Wonderful staff and a warm, family feeling. Francois and Pascal have created this ambiance.

I would have appreciated some simpler meals for children and a continental breakfast choice (simpler than the full table service). On days we wanted to ski, the full breakfast in the dining room was more than we wanted.

This is a great lodge. The restaurant is outstanding. This was my 3rd time staying at Hotel Clemenaz.

Staff very friendly and very good drying room, we were walking so this was important.

Wifi was poor and inconsistent, the shower leaked into the bathroom floor, the towel radiator didn't work.

The design of and decor of this hotel are cozy and tasteful. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. There are many places inside and outside to enjoy the hotel vibe and the natural beauty of the mountains.

This was a comfortable, clean, and spacious hotel with excellent dining facilities for dinner and breakfast. Lots of space to relax comfortably inside and out. It was large enough that it did not feel busy at all.

Our room was supposed to come with a Terrace with a Mountain View. Technically, that was correct, but in reality, the terrace was a concrete box with walls so high that you couldn’t see anything when seated except the concrete. Not nice at all. We also didn’t care for the fact that they didn’t let us check in till 4 PM. We thought that was rather late.

It is great if you are on the TMB route, but I would only stay for one night. The hotel seems quite tired and could do with some renovations. Overall, pleasant.

The friendliness of the staff, their willingness to make our stay the best possible, the quality of the breakfasts buffet and the hotel’s style.

A little basic in the room, not much extra, the sauna only available 30mns per day, the jacuzzi out of order.

Nothing. The staff was so hostile and room so dirty it was difficult to see past it

The staff was rude and treated guests like a nuisance. The room was dirty, with a layer of dust under the beds, as well as sone trash.

Nice hotel just a little bit out of town maybe 10 minute walk , obviously the area more geared for winter than summer . Nice small bar area and restaurant . Nice front of house staff We arrived late after running in the area and left very early .so didn’t use the facilities much , just a few beers , the rooms were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. If you’re using it to run/hike and want an early start . They request shoes etc when muddy are left in their ( fair enough they stink) drying room but it’s locked over night .We had to wake the manager at 5 am to get our belongings out . Which no fuss was made from him , but it would be easier if we were told that at check in .

Really nice staff and design is very cool.
