Room was very comfortable.

Very kindly staff! We were there with scooters and the wearher forecast was bad with a rainy night. Receptionist give us the permission on park our vespa under a pompeiana.

There were unconventional smells inside the hotel, like a cinese restaurant.

A beautiful rustic unique hotel. Friendly staff excellent wifi. Slightly out of town , no buildings anywhere near ( as far as I could see) pool good, great patio for breakfast or an evening ( draught) beer. Lovely breakfast Hotel is delightful

Very comfortable beds, spacious air conditioned rooms with outdoor area. Lovely large pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The (female) reception staff were welcoming and friendly to our young children.

Inconsistent service across staff members unfortunately impacted our experience. The female staff were very accomodating, helpful and friendly, however this was not extended across all staff members. Examples include some staff kindly providing a knife and plate so our fresh market produce could be enjoyed on our room balcony, whilst another tried to charge us 5 euro per day/person. We thought was very unreasonable and the only time we have experienced such a request in a hotel. Other reviews commented that the hotel assisted with taxis, however when we asked for assistance to book one were told by a specific staff member that it’s not possible as only two taxis in the area, despite others having offered to help. This was disappointing as the hotel is a 15 minute drive from Saint Remy restaurants and we were unable to enjoy an evening dinner as planned.

Close to site. Would have liked an in house restaurant after a long drive and horrible ttaffic! Staff spoke very good English.

Great to have a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning after spending 4 sweltering nights at our previous property. The building was quiet and staff were more than happy to assist with any of our requests. All in all a good 1 night stay.

Woke to a bit of a strong odour in the early morning but we think that may have been due to the heavy rain showers over night. The room was perfect the previous evening.

Very helpful owner and staff helped us with taxis and other local recommendations. They went out of their way to help and were very friendly. The air conditioning in the room was very welcome in the 35 degree heat!

The hotel was 3.5 km from Les Baux, which we knew before booking, but we hadn’t realised there was nothing nearby and we needed to either walk or get a cab to visit the village or local restaurants.

Location not walkable from town as on a main road so a car is necessary.

Very nice place with very friendly and helpfull people there. Conversation in English was easy there because our French is not really good. We will stay there again on our next trip to the South of France.
