Run down and bad smell. Photos don’t reflect reality. Toilet paper isn’t even in a roll! It’s the cheapest square dispenser paper.

Very nice location, staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is in the street next to the hotel or in one of the dedicated parkings around town. Rooms are small but comfortable, bathrooms also small but nice. Decent amount of cupboard space.

The bathroom space is a bit small with little storage, and the rooms themselves aren't the biggest either. It's not a big deal though as everything has fit in well. It can be a bit noisy as well due to the proximity to the main road but nothing out of the ordinary

Very quiet location and only a short walk to great restaurants, pub, shopping. Pool was wonderful. Lovely resident friendly dog. Convenient overnight free parking on side street.

Nothing really

From the moment we arrived, we were in a little piece of heaven. This hotel was 'Perfection in Provence'. We had the only room in the hotel, with it's own terrace. Excellent for our little puppy Peanut. It looked over the gardens and pool. Lovely breakfast and as much as you wanted. I think the only thing that would make it perfect for me, would be to have a coffee machine in our room, with a choice of refreshments.

Very noisy very early morning despite complaints, nothing done about it Sink completely flooded the bathroom everyday despite complaints at the desk We should have been move to another room As the Hotel was not full !

This hotel is located in the heart of the village. Our room was clean and spacious. It was lovely to have a swimming pool. Even though it was October, my kids had lot of fun playing in the pool. The staff was really nice. There are lot of restaurants near the hotel .

So basic, needs a serious update. Towel not unclean but stained. Shower cubicle flimsy. All felt cheap and dated.Strange high pitched electric noise until midnight, I had no electrics on.

Lovely room with a spacious and sunny terrace. Comfortable bed and well equipped. Hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great location- can easily wander into the town. Good sized rooms, friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool/ outdoor area. Would definitely return!

central location in Maussanne

Central location meant it was very noisy with traffic throughout the night. Shower tap was broken so difficult to get the shower to work

We liked a lot the location, with the garden and pool, and the very nice breakfast.The staff was very friendly.

The room itself felt like it needed a bit of a refresher. It was clean and beds were comfortable, but it felt very basic set-up and lacks lights (room colors are beige-ish / grey-ish) and it feels kind of sad.

Perfect location - right in the center of lovely town of Maussane and very close to saint Rémy de Provence and Les baux de Provence Nice staff Great value

Pool area was not so spacious but probably normal given central location Bathrooms were tiny
