The rooms are a bit basic and the layout we had wasn't very comfortable. It is fine for a hot stay but for longer one might be an issue

We liked the pool and the breakfast. The dinners were a bit variable. It was quiet and peaceful.We used it as a base and toured around.

the property has a lovely entry to the hotel. We were very comfortable in our room. it was quiet.They accommodated us with an extra twin bed which was very nice to have for our teenager.

the pool was enjoyable, but the clear fence around the pool needed cleaning, the pool gate was very difficult to open and the sides of the pool needed some cleaning. our GPS could not find the hotel, we had to drive around all over the place even though it was on a main road. It's not a reflection on the hotel, but perhaps there is a different address for GPS.There is no elevator.

Very nice and quiet location. Plenty of safe parking on the hotel grounds. The village is within short walking distance, and there were some nice restaurants and shops in the village. The location was also excellent for bicycling in the area - very easy access to wonderful roads. Breakfast was OK even if it was very basic.

The only issue was the childproof lock on the swimming pool which was very stiff and difficult to use. It made getting in and out of the lovely pool stressful and difficult so it would be worth finding another childproof solution

Our room was very basic considering the price we paid. No separate bathroom just a curtain to pull across.No water in the room on arrival and no fridge.

Slightly odd reception welcome. Succinct and abrupt and in swift French for a non French speaker made it difficult to understand. A little more empathy there would have been helpful. Just that one male staff member I think that was like that

Room could have been a little bigger but since this was the first category of rooms it was ok.

A beautiful location. Peaceful. ALL the staff were friendly and pleasant. We had stayed in this hotel 15 years before for a special occasion, and this time was another such occasion! Still lovely after all those years! Delightful evenings spent dining at the very fine restaurant in the hotel. We hope to come back sooner than 15 years, maybe next year! Thank you.

This is a lovely hotel only 5 mins walk from the village, which has bars, restaurants, and shops including a lovely bio shop. We wanted peace, quiet and rest and this hotel enabled all three. Ideal for our small dog as we had access to the garden from our terrace. We will be back, the staff were so friendly, the cleanliness was 10 out of 10, and the room was very comfortable.

The “lady” on reception was very abrupt and did not make us feel welcome. Room was small and dark and toilet “closet” was tiny and separate to the bathroom. Badly designed room and did not look like any rooms in photos online. When my wife asked if a brighter room was available the receptionist was quite rude and said she had no other room and that we were late checking in even though I had said in our booking that it would be late evening when we would arrive. We had a major problem with our booking as hotel could not process my credit card. There was no problem with my card as other bookings ( hotel & car hire) all worked fine. I contacted my bank who informed me the problem was with hotels system and not my card. I had to contact the hotel to hold my reservation which they did most reluctantly. This was a dreadful experience.They then asked us to arrive before 4pm as it was a busy weekend. Very unsatisfactory as we were only arriving in Toulouse at 3.30 and had 3/4 hour drive to the property. Their booking site said checkin was up to 10pm which was one reason we chose the property. Overall the booking process and check-in experience was appalling and we will never return to this hotel.

it is central to the beaux des Provence. it is a very silent and quiet environment at few minute from the center of the village. it has an excellent restaurant and beautiful swimming pool and gardens.amazing colors when you wake up in the morning and admire the environment

Expect for a little arrogant reception when we came a top nice service from staff.

The receptionist didn’t make clear our reservation was without brakfast and it came as some surprise when we got the bill. And our room was a relatively small room wit extra bed not like the foto in homepage.
