Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort - Relais & Châteaux

Beautiful high-quality hotel and facilities. The location was absolutely perfect, great for hiking in the summer. The views were amazing and so was the bar area to sit and relax in the evening, as well as the extensive spa with swimming pools. The international staff was absolutely top notch. Thank you for the pick-ups after a long day of hiking and for taking such good care of our family.

Unfortunately the airconditioning wouldn’t go below 22° in the week that the day temperatures hit 30°, but due to cooler nights, opening the window helped.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredible, the food amazing. The warm infinity pool and spa was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Our room was spacious and gorgeous with an excellent coffee in room option. Lenk is a lovely town and not as busy as Gstaad. A perfect place to spent many days and relax.

Amazing staff, they really went beyond and above. Great quality breakfast. Outstanding room (Junior Suite) with breathtaking views and spotless clean. Excellent SPA area.

I wish there were proper coffee (made by barista not machine) in lobby bar.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding location and breathtaking view from the room, so clean, comfortable, good size of the room, tasty breakfast, nice spa, evening live music - and most importantly the most polite and helpful personnel we`ve ever met. Staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant was a top experience and the food is excellent.The ski lift next door is conviennent.Room had plenty of space and the beds are perfect (recommend to add tea options in room instead of coffee only).Overall it’s a nice hotel, a bit expensive for what it offers.

The main disappointment was the pool. It reminded me a bit of an all inclusive, where people just put their towels to secure their bed chairs around the pool but never actually use them.Really annoying when you actually want to relax, we couldn’t not seat anywhere… I think at this price this could definitely get an improvement.

Spa/wellness, breakfast buffet, friendliness of staff

I tried to reach the room service several times during dinner hours but nobody answered my call (number 618). I went to bed hungry, that was pretty annoying. Therefore, I can only give 8 out of 10 points.

the stuff in the reception was friendly but usually very young inexperience, and incompetent. some of them did not know,. good English and make a lot of mistakes with inviting ski lessons and booking place for dinnerthere was no complimentary sport activity for adults such as yoga or Pilati's or gym lessons

The cleanness, the quietness, the spa facilities.

I didn’t like the conflicting between the break fast time and the opening time of the spa and the exercises room.In daily basis I felt difficulty to catch the breakfast time in the hotel restaurant, because the spa and the exercises facility open late, while the restaurant close early. In most hotels those I visited, all the wellness facilities open together after the sunrise.Also, the breakfast time in most hotels continue for 4 and half hour after the sunrise.In brief; - The restaurant open for break fast from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.It should continue until 12:00, or at least 11:30 am.- The swimming pool open at 7:30 am- The spa for kids and the exercise room open at 9:00 am. - The spa for adults open at 14:00 pm!I propose that the spa for adults and the exercise room should open at 7:30 am as well.

The breakfast room staff had a copy of my allergies and food intolerances and suggested suitable food.

The purpose of my stay had been to use the sulphur baths for which Lenk and the former Lenkerhof were famous. When searching online I did not see that these baths had been discontinued and was immensely disappointed on arrival to learn that there were no sulphur baths any more.

Truly amazing place, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious with a beautiful view to the alps, the spa facilities were modern and clean and the breakfast was delicious.There is a lot to see and do in the area and everywhere is very beautiful.Highly recommended.

Terrific room, location, view and facilities. Staff excellent and attentive. Spa facilities top notch and breakfast great. Lounge area excellent. Will come again.

Slight issue with flies in my room, and room service got my order wrong, but these are tiny things in the scheme of it all.

The views over the mountains were breathtaking, the spa was great,The restaurants and the food were amazing, the staff were polite and nice. I loved staying there. I needed help to get to the station and they provided a car for me immediately.

There was a bad smell around the hotel entrance and some parts of the outdoor area and spa, like sewage but inside the hotel there’s no smell. Also i paid for a pool view but i was put in a room with no pool view.

From the moment we got out of the car, we were treated like royalty with staff ready to take bags and check us in (we had to wait for check in but we sat in comfy chairs and only had to wait a few minutes). From valet parking to over 7 saunas in the spa and 3 gourmet restaurants to choose from, as well as a view across the mountains, this resort is definitely one to visit to spoil yourself rotten! Highly recommend.

Superb staff and customer service. Also, the view is beautiful, the spa is excellent and the restaurant is very good.
