Central location, good breakfast, nice staff, clean wellness area - sauna, swimming pool, jakuzzi

The heating in the room could not be controlled, similarly the boot racks in the ski room stayed cold all night, the hotel restaurant was closed.

Close to the center of the town, cleaning service

Rusty and polluted (metal?) warm water, barely available reception, screen on the left side isnt really visible - should be placed somewhere, where its logical for the guests! Broken toilet in the spa area, no fresh bathtowels at the sauna on Saturday, nearly no possibilities to hang the towels in the spa, way to hot/thick blankets - we were sweating every night, no normal table available (to work), mess to make bookings (directly, not through booking), staff isn't invested (no clue about operating hours of skiing area, handing out guestcards only on requeirement (could have been done in advance or at leats ask the customer if we need it).

Fantastic stay overall. Accessible storage room for luggage etc., pre check-in & post check-out whilst skiing. Leisure facilities a big bonus.Room 203 was exceptional, almost like a small suite.

More attention could be paid to keeping the hot food a little warmer at breakfast. Other then that, there was a fantastic continental breakfast.

We were only given essential information about our stay. No additional help or information about the resort or even the facilties in the Hotel were given. The reception was good for checking in and checking out, useless for everthing else. There was no bar. The Lobby could have been a nice place to relax in, if it were open. All was behind closed curtains. A real shame.

The lack of interest in keeping the guests happy was disappointing. The hotel and its management are either understaffed for the extra touch or simply not interested in offering an extra service.

Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was nice and everything we wished for was there. The swimming area (pool and whirlpool) were great for the kids and us, as well as the sauna. Parking was very easy with direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.

Breakfast started at 8am only which was a bit of a push as we had to rush to be ready on time for ski school. You can let them know if you wish breakfast from 7am but have to go to another restaurant/hotel for this which isn't ideal. Also, a minus was one of the receptionists which was impatient and not always helpful at times (to us and also other guests) and not the most welcoming 'face of house'.

Not really a big issue, but some drawbacks that could be great to change:- Reception is closed between 12:00PM-14:00PM- Mandatory reservation of the restaurant at breakfast for the evening, even for the guests; we arrived during the day, so asking politely once worked- We talked german the best we could (we aren't swiss german native), please, a bit of english from the staff could help- Dust in the room; for a week stay, having the floor cleaned would be nice

location is good. pool and whirlpool a big plus

you can tell that stuff hasn’t found their groove yet. maybe needs a bit more attention to details and leadership as „one voice“ not the personal atmosphere as it used to be. Some info was not known to staff so didn’t look super professional. Budget rooms would be nice to maybe have a little bit extra storage (coat holder or shoe rack) but overall we had a nice stay.

the hotel is situated in the center of Lenk.

it is an old-fashioned hotel with basic rooms...

The room was comfortable and big enough. On the minus side a fridge in the room was missing which is usually a must for such hotel. Location of the hotel is very central, allowing quick access to all ski resorts nearby.

The Swimming pool was ridiculously small and cold, in general the whole spa areas was very tiny and crowded.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, kids friendly, big comfy lounge area and the hotel also has a food truck outside that sells burgers and others fast / comfort food. Swimming pool was a big plus for us.

Ski room is accessible from the public garage and the door to the hotel / ski room from the garage was never locked during out trip (it was meant to be locked but something was always there holding the door open). This means that anyone can come inside and take anything they want, especially since the parking garage is a shared public one often busy with people shopping at the grocery shop.

The room was perfect for 3 persons (if they can put an extra bed instead of just put a mettress on the floor It will be more convenient for the one who sleep on), Coop just next door, also car parking, which is very convenient. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi made our day. The ski station nearby. We’re happy to stay here and we will be back again.

The showerhead was terrible (full of calcium) hurting the skin when showering.

Perfect location right in the center of the village. Great indoor parking. Hotel is very functional. Breakfast was very good and the staff always friendly. The pool is nice after skiing and we liked the play area for the kids.

It’s more functional than charming.
