Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Lenk in the Simmen Valley, the cozy chalet hotel Zum Gade offers rooms in characteristic Swiss style. In our restaurant we will pamper you with excellent delicacies of the traditional Swiss cuisine, including fondue and raclette. The sauna, an indoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness room can be used free of charge at the Hotel Krone, which is 492 feet away. Guests can have an American breakfast at Hotel Krone at an additional charge. Parking is possible in summer in front of the Hotel-Restaurant zum Gade, in winter its possible publicly or in the Hotel Krone for surcharge. Guests also receive a SIMMENTAL CARD, which includes the free usage of all bus routes at Lenk (except the Laubbärgli route) and discounts on certain summer activities. During winter season, all bus routes at Lenk, including ski bus ‘Lenk station – valley station Betleberg – valley station Metsch’, can be used free of charge and guests can benefit from further discounts for certain winter activities.

- The room I got I didn't like at all. In the confirmation of the booking by booking.com there was stated the room will have a size of 18 square meters. The room I got had 13 square meters only. At reception of Hotel Krone which is in charge of the room allocation the lady said the room size with the confirmation of booking.com is exemplary only. However, to my knowledge nowhere such thing is said explicitly on the platform of booking.com! For my judgement this was untrustworthy conduct of affairs by the Hotel Krone, i.e. ferienlenk. I couldn't get another room in accordance with the confirmation by booking.com as the hotel was fully booked over these days. Thus, today back at home I have sent a complaint to the manager of ferienlenk. After this experience I will no more ever book a room with a hotel of ferienlenk. Such experience never ever happened to me nowhere with the very many trips I had ever made!
