Staff , rooms, housekeeping and facilities, great pool and beach with extraordinary view. Great restaurant. Spa (open door with view) was amazing.

The gym is too small .

We loved the relaxed atmosphere lounging by the pool and at the sea. I think the service could have been a bit better in these areas (staff didn't really come around to offer drinks). The service everywhere was exceptional. Just a note for those booking on the top floors, the view is lovely but you see the roof mainly of the floor below, we tried to move rooms but there was nothing with a clear view of the sea (despite us upgrading to a terrace to have this view!). However, the room was lovely and we did enjoy sipping wine on the terrace. It is a wonderful hidden gem - small, boutique feel but elegant and great restaurants nearby (no shopping). We loved our stay as a treat at the end of a very busy Riviera holiday!

Excellent : food, private beach, service, comfort, cleanness.

Bar should get better in making cocktails- price tag to value .Sea view with terrace 5th floor is nice terrace but it cuts the view to see far water only, a minus.Sauna area is just OK, but no hamam- it's in nylons . And relaxation area is at another floor. This could have been designed far better for Spa branding. Room is spacious yet lacking some more space compared to furniture.

The rooms need a bit more updating for the price. Staff at the restaurant/pool need to be more attentive during the day. They are friendly but don’t pass by the daybeds very often.

Breakfast fantastic . Could cook your own boiled egg to the time u wanted . Cooked food was to order not just part of the buffet . Pool was lovely and quite large . Beautiful views beautiful gardens .

Walking through restaurant to get to pool or sea . No beach . Horrible concrete wall around sea to climb up a ladder to get in or out . Limited repetitive menu . Couldn’t walk to cafes or shops . Too close to busy road which was surprisingly quiet at night . Quiet too if u close the balcony door .

The Deluxe rooms are nice, and well renovated.

Pool/beach and restaurant area require serious renovation and look rather like 3 star hotel from 80th-90th. Staff in the restaurant/ at the beach is not service oriented. After 2 hours at that beach, we decided not to spend time there any more. It’s pretty far from the highway, so if during your trip you decide to explore multiple places it might not be an optimal location.

Direct sea access , lovely little cove , breakfast and very friendly staff .

Wonderful hotel located on the edge of a cliff with beautiful sea views. Area is very remote not many places to walk or see so you would definetly need a car if you were looking to venture out. Initially had booked the Superior double room which was wonderful, still had a balcony overlooking partial sea/mountain view but upgraded to a junior suite which was very spacious inside and balcony was very large with sun loungers on there too! And wonderful arch setting with stunning sea views! A big thank you to all the restaurant staff who were so friendly and kind! Niloo and Emilio who took great care of us especially helping me with vegetarian options too. You can use sauna for 30 mins a day free which was a nice touch, they give complimentary water throughout the hotel which was lovely.

We had some issues which were promptly resolved, mix up of room keys but was promptly resolved by Thierry in reception who was very understanding.

Horrible place

Horrible design, dirty place. Did not charge the electric car, though we asked!!!

Awful mouldy smell all over. AC system is infected and it’s dangerous for the health.

Smells of mold everywhere! In the room, on the corridors. We had only few days to relax but unfortunately we had to stay half of a day trying to explain why we want our money back and why we want to check out. We came late at night, entered the room and felt that mouldy smell, we thought maybe the air conditioning needs to run for a while..well..early in the morning we came down to the reception, and kindly asked them to keeps the money only for one night give us back the rest and we check out. We tryed politely to explain that I’m not going to stay pregnant in a mouldy hotel..but the manager said the payment is not refundable! So she really didn’t care about everything we told her.. well we spend half of a day and around 1pm we finally check out. This hotel needs to have inspection! We are still waiting for our money back, they still didn’t give it back to our account.

Excellent staff, excellent location. Pool and beach side was fantastic. An oasis away from the busyness of Cannes.

Room felt a bit dated and dusty. Breakfast selection could have been slightly better.

Convenient transportation，Breakfast was plentiful，s Staffs are friendly. Nice view and nice beach.

Everything! This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. This was by far our favorite property of all of the 5* hotels we stayed in during our honeymoon all over France!!
