The garden, the personal, the terrace of the room itself, the pool, the restaurant

The room was a bit small.

The look and feel ! Quiet , family friendly , and modern

    Breakfast too small maybe

    2KenPosted on: 5-4-2024

    room was clean

Location very isolated (from shops, attractions, restaurants etc.) In house restaurant was overpriced with underwhelming food. Breakfast at 18E per person was a stale croissant and machine coffee, a rip off.

nice hotel, with bungalow like houses for the rooms spread around a nicely laid out pool and garden. Good to relax. It's quiet! The room I had was just a normal standard, nothing special, but fine. Had an exit door to the garden and pool. From the garden area the view to the yachts in the harbour is excellent. Breakfast was ok, dinner was fine but not to French standards. Plenty of areas in the garden, on the terrace adjunct to the room and terraces on the restaurant to do some work outside. Could use the bar area near the restaurant for some work.

At the beginning the room smelled but that got away. At my stay, parking hat no charging for electric cars and had no shading for summer sun. Pictures on booking.com are nicer than the reality is. Table in the room to small to really work on it as a digital nomad. No co-working space or business center.

The room was clean however there was a broken push button of the toilet.

The hotel is overpriced for what it is.

    Clean room, nice bathtube.

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. We have chosen it to be closer to the boat parked in the same port, but honestly we were disappointed. For around 450 per night considering that it is not the saeson at all (we have chosen a bit bigger room) you receive kind of IKEA furniture made of cheap materials. The bathshoes were such a low quality that as I opened the plastic bag they partly crashed in little white pieces of paper with a weird chemical smell. We were staying 5 nights in total and the last day we asked for a check out 30 min later maximum, they said the hotel is expecting the group and it would be difficult and better not to be late (check out is 11:00 the latest. ) Just for the record all the time that we have spent there it was almost empty.

The location, the view on the marina,...Excellent breakfast!Bedding was highly comfortable.

    Small bathroom, low intimacy level...

Beautiful view of the harbor from the balcony, the restaurant is nice but not a 'warm' atmosphere

Small room, slim walls [you could ear the people next door...] or walking in the hallway, small bathroom which really need to be renovated the room is not a cosy space where you want to stay during the daya few space in the parking

Great location, lovely pool bar and deck restaurant. Helpful, friendly staff

    7LuisPosted on: 4-18-2023

The place is very nice, the deck, the views!Breakfast and breakfast service were very good

The reception service was very bad. We have to wait half an hour till the lady that was in charge attended us, when we arrived. And again we have to ask the cleaning people or people that were attending the restaurante, to look for the same lady, when we wanted to check out and nobody was at the reception office. The fridge wasn't working and we have to ask by celular phone ( the recepción phone number didnt work) that somedbody comes to the room to fix it. It was unplugged because they were saving energy! We found a previos guest yogur inside it...

Easy access to pool and bar. Calm and good for children. Friendly staff.

Bicycles useless and need to be replaced. However we complained and were not charged. Cycling in the area was not good. Rough and inconsistant paths. Busy with fast traffic.Food ok but not to Michelin standard. The place and area was a marina and therefore surrounded by sailboats.

Great location and fairly new hotel. Friendly staff and good but pricey breakfast

The restaurant for dinner, expensive , rated with Gault-Millau. However the service for dinner didn't justifie the Gault Milau. The waiter appointed to us didn't know mutch about service. The starter plate was very good. The main course good but the intestinal on Languste Tail where partiality not cut out, The coffee cup served to my wife was broken. The waiter didn't know anything about wines.

The room was superb, couldn’t fault it. Huge bed and super bathroom. Amazing views. Hotel receptionist was brilliant! Would give the hotel on its own a 10.

The restaurant was so very disappointing for the money. Food was okay but a filet of sole with a little mash and no sides for 50 euros was excessive. Lovely surroundings. I really don’t like to moan and I don’t think I have ever given a negative review….but the restaurant staff really let it down. I genuinely wonder if it was their first night on the job..

A local fish restaurant ‘Le comptoir des Voilles’, we would highly recommend a visit.

Top deck with pool and bar CLOSED as was the Oyster BarNo room service, breakfast in restaurant only.No wifi in room.

    Passable

Loud music until late night( 01:00am and 11:00 pm) on both days of our stay. We had the room (number 6) with two little kids directly below the restaurant and the music!. The hotel does not mention parties with loud music in August on the homepage. This is not acceptable for the high price!

    Thé room

What a shame. The hotel had so much potential as the facilities look great but was let down by firstly the owner’s wife who is incredibly rude and obnoxious. She flaunts round the hotel flirting with the guests she likes / locals from around the area giving preferential treatment, whilst ignoring others. The entertainment / band clearly became very friendly also with hotel guests inappropriately. The pool has 7 beds around it which are often blocked. They make you pay for pool towels and insist this is normal, when clearly it’s not as the 3 previous hotels we’ve stayed in offer them. They say they don’t provide them as they are not a spa hotel, despite having the word spa in all of their signs and marketing materials. They have scrimped on so many things that even 3 star hotels would provide. The breakfast is the most basic offering for 22€ per person and 12€ for kids, with only one person working (whilst thé owners wife sits down with her preferred guests. Overall it’s not at all worth the money. Stay at the Hotel De La Plage 10 mins down the road where the staff are thé most welcoming and will not anything for you.
