Breakfast good when buffet is replenished! Coffee machine needs cleaning during breakfast time and therefore staff should be aware of this!

Great size of outside pool but it will fail any Health & Safety check!! Metal steps into pool loose! Lots of algae on pool tiles. Floor tiles get very hot and footwear should be recommended! Reception staff not good communicators in English! Poor response by email! Very dated hotel!

Large rooms with good bed and nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the pool area nice. My kids really enjoyed it.

The building needs some refurbishing and the cleaning in some areas can be improved.

Comfort location outside Toledo, but yet close to everything. Please note - although it is stated on Booking that there is no parking, actually hotel has TWO big free parking lots, paved to the right of reception and unpaved but in good conditions to the left. Moreover, a number of rooms, located on first floor, have their own parking spaces just behind the entrance to the room. All these parkings are free and available 24h

The pool area

The restaurant was not very good.Knives and forks had food on them.A lot of things missing from the menu.Some food came out cold.The only meal that was okay was the pizza.Decided to cancel breakfast and find something else in the morning.There was no problem getting a refund on breakfast and also got a discount on out evening meal.

Room and bathroom very good value both clean and spacious.

General appearance could do with some improvement in decor of corridors and balconies.

Swimming pool

The air conditioning didn’t cool down enough . The sofa bad was too small and uncomfortable for two people .

Nice and big rooms, beautiful surraundings, very good breakfast. The room and bathroom was very clean, only the hotel needs some maintenance (terace, pool, common places).

Bad

There was bas smell and a noise in the room from water instalation all night. I told this to the staff but they did't bother to do anything. The next day I changed the room, but was one with different noise from a power generator. I lept really bad those 2 nights. One receptionis was very nice and one was rude. She was pretending she doesn't hear the noise.

Good breakfast

Not a 4 star room. Plumbing noise from upper, left or right room. Poor sound insulation.

Please don't be fooled by its outside appereance cause it does need a 'Make Over' but the inside is realy nice. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean as well. They don't mention it in their description but they do have a flat screen TV in the room. The breakfast was, for the price, extremely good: a lot of variations and choices. The coffee was so tasty. We were quite suprised by the quality of the hotel and the value we got for our money that we decided to extend our stay. Maria and Alicia from the reception were very friendly and helpful. They spoke very good English. We can recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is a bit outside of Toledo. Great views of the golf course. The staff was really helpful and kind!

Unfortunately the rooms where very noisy. You could hear everything from the neighbor talking, taking a bath and reorganizing the interior. The hotel is rundown.

beautify surrounded property by nature overlooking the golf course! loved it!

there is no service, very poor receptionist who was taking time to check us in. felt like need to have more stuff. otherwise location and the property was amazing, only short drive to the historical Toledo which is worth visiting!

Perfect location, clean, free parking.

The pool was closed, the wi-fi was available only in some area.

Comfortable beds, great WiFi, parking lot, safe.

No toilet brush. Guy at the reception should not be chewing gum talking to guests in 4 stars, really.
