- The whole hotel experience was positive, from the staff, the breakfast, the location, the cleanliness, and the amenities. It was very convenient to have free access to drinking water and to tea or coffee (at cost) at all times, as well as quiet spaces for reading outside the room.
- Mega friendly staff. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Good breakfast. Great location very near to restaurants, shops, beaches. Good value for money. Free water fountain. Environmental friendly approach. Bio food.
Cons -
- I had a standard single room, which was in fact very small, but for three nights it was acceptable. However, I would have liked a larger desk (the one in the room was tiny), and the night lamp was just a light bulb and therefore impossible to look at directly. It should have been frosted or covered with a lamp shade.Yes, there was some noise from the other rooms at night, but it was not enough to disturb me.
- This is an island with no cars. The weather was not too good and as we are both elderly, we were unable to do much walking. The beach was close and would have been lovely and the wind seats, rather like a sun room, would have been great to rent. The horse and carriage rides around the island were excellent and there were some nice shops. Everybody bicycled everywhere. The town was laid out beautifully, most attractive. It would have been good if there had been a larger lounge and perhaps staff on to help one. All meals were help yourself but good. This is a hotel with something to do with the church, we did not see many staff around but those we did were extremely nice.

The breakfast was excellent. Masses of food, bread was always v fresh, there was fruit, cheese, cereals and all sorts of things to put on top, also some hot food. Tea and coffee machine.
