    Pros +

    • The location of the hotel was good. It is close to the site which was the purpose of my visit. A close location to the supermarket is always a plus for me. All in all, the room wasn't overpriced.
    • Room was not bad.. definitely not a four star hotel
    • Comfort, people, room quietness and installations were as good as expected.Next to Valladolid if you travel by car.Modern look inside the building.Fine terrace than can be covered where we had dinner.

    Cons -

    • The room soundproof is quite bad, the room where I was is next to the elevator so I could hear people talking while waiting for the elevator. Lighting inside the room was so so, especially in the bathroom where the shower is all in the shadow. And breakfast is a special story, the breakfast area is in the basement with no windows and actually it is only a toast or croissant with jam and butter or Nutella with juice and coffee so don't expect much of it.
    • Tiny bar. Not so friendly staff. Breakfast was shocking.. ?
    • No parking (I was aware of that) and not to easy to find a pleace nearby (at least for us), though we could find a place quiet next to the entrance (max 2 mins walk, and once less than 50m).Location has few things to watch or walk, but that was not an issue for us.

Spacious room, not noisy , clean

We have mentioned when making booking that we’re coming with a baby and it said there will be a complimentary bed for the child. When we entered the room there was an additional adult bed , obviously not suitable for the baby . Had to ask a few times to bring the baby cot and they put charge for it €8.

The staff were brilliant and coped very well with 2 non Spanish speakers. The room was excellent, comfy bed and great shower.

    9ColinPosted on: 12-4-2023

The room was a suite with views over 2 aspects. It had the biggest bed I've ever slept in and was so comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    It was all good.

Exactly as described in the website. No nonsense. Friendly stuff and clean premises.

Perhaps the breakfast could be a tiny bit bigger.

    7ChrisPosted on: 8-12-2023

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds.

Do not pay for breakfast. It is a good coffee only with a 5 possible options to eat and you have to choose only one e.g. croissant or donut. Not worth it..

I liked the bathroom and the location as it was in the middle of the town so we could walk to the restaurant for dinner, the room was hot but after couple of hours was quite fresh.

In the room there wasn't the remoteBut we didn't use the tv

Right in the centre of Laguna del Duero. Very good situation to go for restaurants, walk and work. The hotel is familial, friendly staff, functional rooms, comfortable, clean, a restaurant with different food selection, all to a very reasonable price

    Passable

noise from other guests was an issue walls thin increased levels of noise

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The two girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. It is a good hotel especially being located in a small town outside of Valladolid, it is a comfortable option for travelers driving a car.

The room was too hot, couldn't find the way to turn down the temperature. Breakfast is pretty basic, being just a standard Spanish cafeteria option at a regular price

    7Ulf-dietrichPosted on: 6-13-2022

Very friendly staff, voucher for a drink free of charge.

Very small breakfast in the cellar.

There are some flows here and there regarding the rooms(like a bit noisy fridge or tiny shower towels, nothing terrible) but staff makes it up by far. Not only they run reception and cafe, they are really friendly and helpful. We were really annoying guests with several little requests and they were all great, the maid who changes the beds(so patient)the girl who prepped our bocadillos to take to the room and then we changed our minds, the girl who was too shy to speak in English even though she was really cheerful, the girl with glasses that was cleaning when we arrived late at nigth and making coffee the following morning, the two friendly girls that served out breakfast and then dealt with our check out and special mention to the girl who dealt with our arrival (I think her name is Sofia) I hope I haven't missed anyone. You were really great, we were a pain.

    Towels were small?
