We were traveling with a pet and went to breakfast. At check-in, we provided our room number, the number of guests, and informed the staff that we had a pet. We were seated, but after some time we were told that we had to move and eat breakfast outside in the bar area because of our small dog, who was inside her carrier. This was not a pleasant experience.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff.

Access to the Wallness area was paid extra, which was an unpleasant suprise. Taking into account the price of the stay, I would reconsider my booking and look for a hotel that has facilities included in the price of stay.

The staff is amazing and provided wonderful service. They are helpful, creative, and very nice. Nothing we asked was too difficult or big. Excellent service!The facilities were perfect for our family, and the location was convenient for all of our day trips, enabling us to stay in one place instead of moving around a lot. Highly recommend!

Great cleaning services in room

Front desk was not helpful and disappointed in the restaurants, staff communication on the dinner, which is fine dining vs ‘light snacks” upstairs was ridiculous. Did not provide robes in room. we came here to hike and we were not told there was a hot tub on the first floor. We also waited for dinner at 7 PM because we were not told about th other dining options. during check-in, I was told that I had a continental complimentary breakfast at check in and when I went downstairs in the morning to eat was told I needed to pay 20 euro. overall, the experience was unorganized and poor besides the housekeeping

Views from the pool deck were awesome.

Toxic air freshener discharged outside elevator. Only place to get ice for room was at rooftop bar. Room fridge did not get cold, only cool. The fact the going through booking.com prevented recognition of Hilton honors membership so to use indoor pool & jacuzi was 10 euros per person instead of free.

You have to pay for the SPA facilities. You would expect from a 5 star hotel to be included, instead of having an empt SPA…

I enjoyed my room and the comfort of the bed. Really nice modern bathroom and shower. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is brand new, and facilities are modern and well equipped.Location is nice, open and quiet surroundings and plenty of parking spots .Staff was very friendly and offers good information and advice, thanks to mister Dino.Spa is very stylish and high quality, enjoyable

Rooftop pools weren’t heated.

I like the spacious rooms and facilities which are very modern. We really liked the spa.

The late check in is very limiting considering there are not many flights from popular cities like Lisbon. Also, hotel service cost are a little too expensive for the quality and offerings.

It is just 10 mins by car from the airport. Polite and efficient staff, room was clean and bed was comfy.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Large, nice rooms. Restaurant at dinner was very good. Pool and jacuzzi, 24/7 gym. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Free late checkout at 2pm (although I’m not sure why I couldn’t be offered even later at a price when hotel was not even half full).

Food before 7pm is not good. I was served frozen pizza for 12 EUR that was uneatable, at a 5 star hotel.Breakfast is very standard and okayish at best. There were times when hot dishes (English breakfast buffet) were cold. You can only get omlette made for you and no more a la carte. I expected much more from Hilton. Gym was spacious but some additional equipment for bench press would be nice. Unheated pool at the roof is a waste of excellent opportunity in cold weather like in February.

- If you have an early flight before the delicious breakfast service will start, the pick up breakfast is not the bestOther than that, nothing really to pick up with this great hotel.

We only booked one night oversleep before flying to another destination. The hotel is well located next to the highway and close to the airport with many parking spaces. The pool and sauna were nice and the rooftrop bar was great even in winter. Excellent staff, especially at the bar.

We left at 6:30 in the morning so we missed the breakfast. Pitty.

Fantastic stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Wonderful and new facilities, comfy bed, and great meal and breakfast. We definitely recommend and we will be back.

Practical location, excellent breakfast, very good service in general

Installations and decoration style, the pool.

The food very expensive as not delicious dishes, and I will not rate as 5 stars (no help with luggage, and miss some extras in room as a 5 stars have like slippers, etc) and they keep the room to hot at 22 c, and every back to room I put it off.

The hotel seems extremely new, is clean and nicely decorated. Parking spaces are available free of charge.

The staff is not yet well coordinated, food on the menu is not alwaya available. Bathrobe and slippers were only available upon request. Finally, the reception staff insisted on paying a telephone charge of EUR 0.07, after spending a week in the hotel and having eaten there oftentimes.

Breakfast was very good

The overall Hotel is very good.. The only thing that I think should be fixed is charging extra for a Bed with a Sea view when the Sea view is so poor that I would not even consider if I knew it was like that.The honest view is for a private hospital and the sea can be seen far far far away.
