Riders Hotel

Welcoming staff, fun atmosphere,continent location, lovely brekkie.

The hotel is very close to the lifts and have lots to offer. I loved the gym a lot!Breakfast was really awesome. Beds were very comfy as well.

The design of the room looked nice, but the bunk beds had metall corners and the room was pretty small. I was bumping with my head all the time. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. Will probably skip this hotel next time because of that, which is sad because I loved everything else about it.

There was no sauna/spa, which is of course nice after a long skiing day, but there was just one in a neighbouring hotel by 2 min walk.

The rooms have exactly what you need. Breakfast, common areas and ski storage are excellent.

Wish I could have stayed longer.

I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind.However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued.The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer.If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

Breakfast was great, loved that it was vegetarian.

In the family rooms we continually clanged our heads on the sharp Edges of the bunks. Padding will be a great addition.

A glorified hostel with very poor service at 5 star prices

tiny room which is a health and safety hazard, beds hanging from the ceiling, huge light shade hanging from the ceiling, you constantly have to be aware of your movements not to bang your head. Room is not cleaned until late in the afternoon, the hallways were always dirty, breakfast is all vegan and veggie and not the good kind, no variety either, they serve the same things every morning,

Location could be better but that won’t change since the hotel stands where it stands ? on the other hand the location is quiet and close to bus stations and cool rock resort

A must-go for every snowboarder that considers themselves cool. Very very cool, modern, breakfast was amazing, rooms are super comfy and beautiful to the eye.

Ski rooms were good.

- The decor is very spartan.- It's a bit of a walk to the lifts in ski boots. We thought it was more ski-in/ski-out.- Price is on the high side.
