Staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, food was tasty and hot where applicable, the fresh bread everyday was appreciated. Hotel overall was clean and tidy.

I would not rate this hotel "5 star", I did not like the open plan bathroom. TV remote control did not work but it was replaced on request. Towels were a little grubby. Chairs on the room terrance and the pool bar were unconfortable. Gaps between carpet tiles in the hallway, not laid or replaced with any care or attention. For a 5 Star hotel I would have expected slippers and bathrobe in the room. Inadequate car parking facilities, always full, yet the hotel wasn't full. we had to park in a car park across the road from the hotel. All in all the look and feel of the hotel is definately not 5 Star.

The property has gone a long way to be environmentally friendly, so far as bamboo room cards, paper straws, choice of towel changes and more. However the bamboo cards don’t fit in the room key, so there’s a plastic key there permanently, which means any lights and ac are also running permanently too. Nice atmosphere at the pool, quiet and good selection of drinks.

There seemed to be an issue around the pool with flys. Every few seconds I had flys landing over me which is most irritating. Maybe some traps would be nice? Food at the bar for lunch is crazy expensive for what it is. I had a patatas Bravas type dish which was essentially 3 new potatoes cut in half and deep fried served with a dollop of sauce on top, which I believe was about €14! Lastly, some of the staff appear to have an issue with communication. It costs nothing to say ‘good morning’ in whatever language you feel. I may be English but I can articulate good morning in about 9 languages. Neither morning did any staff member greet me! One morning I had a male and female staff member have a conversation over me while I was eating my breakfast! Incredibly rude. The food in the buffet was ok, but I don’t think it lives up to 5 stars! The dinner buffet is definitely not 5 stars and I wouldn’t pay to dine again.

Excellent breakfast. Everything was excellent. On arrival in our room the staff had placed a bottle of Cava in an ice bucket, along with chocolates and a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary, ( it was our 45th ), which was a really nice touch.

The hotel is situated just next to a very busy 4 lines road. The windows from my room were facing this road and it was not possible to sleep even with the closed windows. I chose this hotel to rest after the whole year of work and I thousand that paying this price for one week is enough to have peaceful holidays. Apart from this there is a party with a DJ every night - it’s cool, but I don’t want to listen to that when I am in the room and I want to relax. The plates in the restaurants were dirty everyday. I was happy in the menu there were some smoothies - when I wanted to order them, nobody knew what is this, they didn’t speak English and I could order only bear and alcohol. ‘Enjoying the swimming pool’ under the electricity stand and cars from the road doesn’t seem nice. I’m feeling misled by the other reviews because I read all and nobody has mentioned these problems.

The only thing that was negative was the food it was cold ( cold fried eggs ) things put on cold plates with no way of keeping them warm only negative

The rooms were lovely however there was no mini bar, no tea and coffee making facilities. We were told at checkout we could have asked for a kettle but there was nothing to explain that in the room. A 5 star hotel should at least have a coffee machine and milk in the room. The breakfast was disappointing it was cold as it had been left out without warmers and cold plates. To be honest I expected more!

Awful service in the pool restaurant food came out raw after forgetting our order. Chips were covered in oil to the point you couldn’t taste the chip. Had to advise management they were really helpful and gave us the buffet for free but even food there isn’t great. Wouldn’t be going back personally. Rooms are nice and pool is ok if you get a sunbed.

How modern the hotel is, the facilities and how clean it felt. Very nice rooms, and super comfortable needs.

The service was very slow even though it wasn't that busy at the time. Took almost two hours to get lunch at the pool bar for just two people.Food isn't great, definitely not a 5 star resort. Had lunch and dinner and did not have many options and the quality isn't great.

Breakfast ok evening meal expensive for a help yourself !!

Property was fairly quiet and relaxed.

The location isn’t too great, not much around. Staff are ok they don’t go out of their way for you, breakfast is a little rushed toward the end. The breakfast itself is average at best. Based on all other factors excluding looks, I think the hotel is more 3star+ or 4star at the very most.

The level of comfort of the room

The way Marta handled the check in. She let me wait to sort some issue on the phone with a coworker. Then I had to come back to the receptio because the keys were not codified.

The room was beautiful, and very clean. The hotel was quiet and the grounds were extremely pretty.

The buffet food was stone cold at dinner and at breakfast. The food was left in trays, without any heat lamps above them and no heat from underneath either. The selection of food was also very poor. At breakfast, the sausages were pink inside indicating being under cooked. Not what you would expect from a 5* hotel.

New property with a lot of potential. Very nice staff. Efficient front desk and nice relax area near the pool. Very nice breakfast. Spa facilities are nice and very spacious.

Not quite 5* yet, needs further eye for detail. Dinner was horrible. Although the service staff was really friendly, the food was really bad, everything was overcooked, and the dishes themselves were subpar and some even looked like child’s food.

Newly built, nice design everywhere, nicely furnished, comfortable room and huge bed in the junior sweet. Very nice pool bar and attentive staff although I wish they served some food or snacks in the evening, not just drinks

The junior sweet comes without any appliances or extras - there is a dining table, cupboards etc. but not even a water bottle, no tea/coffee making facilites, no minibar - just a minibar fridge, no room service menu (you can order from an app, but there was no food on the app, just drinks). The dinner was a disaster - no a la carte, just buffet with no vegetarian options (only thing was pasta with no sauce (as the sauce was bolognese) and fried potatoes, the wine selection from the waitress was white or red (when we asked the head waiter, he showed a wine list photo on his phone, though).Breakfast was ok, generic as expected, but the coffee was terrible, I think it was worst machine coffee I’ve had
