From the minute we entered the hotel, the feeling of tranquility and luxury was evident everywhere. The check in was smooth as we had the option of booking in advance online which was an added bonus. The staff greeted us with a smile and nothing during the weekend was too much trouble. The room that we had was simply amazing. Huge bedroom, separate lounge and small kitchen. Bathroom had a large shower with amazing waterfall showerhead. Heated towel rail and very good toiletries. Excellent selection of food at both breakfast and evening meal which was of a very good quality and well cooked. The whole hotel is spotless and the service can only be described as first class. This hotel deserves every one of its five stars. The weather was quite chilly over the weekend but the hotel was warm and cosy.Again, I want to congratulate all the staff on their amazing service, from the cleaners to reception staff and waiters. We have never been made to feel so welcome in a hotel and we have travelled extensively. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be returning.

    Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Room was great, really clean and had good amenities. Breakfast was nice, options were pretty basic though.

We paid for the 1 hour circuit spa but it was a disastrous experience. We were greeted by an unfriendly spa attendant. We arrived in room slippers and she scolded us for not bringing rubber slippers even though she was going to provide us some anyways. Then, we were using the spa at the same time as 6 other people which was so uncomfortable, the spaces were not so big. She didn't tell us where the lockers were were we could leave our belongings, nor where the toilets were, or to keep the noise low during the circuit so there were people who were making a LOT of noise. There was no clock inside the spa either so you don't know what part of your hour you're in or how long you had left. Overall I would not recommend the circuit spa. Of course we complained, and when it was a good thing they refunded us half.

    Nothing all brilliant

Beautifully presented, receptionist was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Room was superb. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice to suit all tastes.

The evening meal could have been better. The vegetable sides did not arrive - we had to ask for them again and by the time they arrived we had already finished our mains.

    Spotless really high quality

Short staffed at Bar areas which was disappointing having to wait long while for drinks and snacks

Beautiful hotel, practically brand new! Spotlessly clean and had well tended gardens. Lovely pool area, with comfortable sun loungers.

Who ever picked the location for the hotel should be sacked!! Hotel in a very noisy rundown urban area. Lots of abandoned hotels, restaurants and shops! Villas in the surrounding area were alarmed and had barbed wire fencing! Our deluxe garden suite overlooked a housing area, lots of traffic, and communal bins where pedestrians walked by constantly to use, also very noisy day and night with barking dogs! There was nothing to walk to or do in the evening. We picked this hotel as we stayed in a similar one before in the Canaries. Which was fantastic.

    Clean

The breakfast is dewy.. full of small flies .. I had to go to the supermarket to buy my own food .. room service and dinner options are very limited.. the reception is almost always empty.

Pools, cleanliness of facilities. The ability to use facilities in both hotels (Hills and Palms 100m nearby). Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening)Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels.Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.

Expensive garageSome stuff are not nice especially in restaurant during dinner. No quality check, I’ve got like 5 different sangria’s in one day. Every waiter did it differently and only onece it was really good.Food is not 5*. Sorry! But we spent some nights before in Luxor hotel 4* nearby and food was waaay better and with more options.Desserts are really bad! You have to do something about that. For the price of hotel and 5* I expected way more! 5 ways of potato dont give you 5 star experience ???. We ate good at dinner only once. I think it was Saturday. They had a lot of seafood and everything was delicious. Other days it was bad canteen food.Cleaning.. omg. It was a battle with cleaning lady and reception. Cleaning is between 9am and 5pm!! So you never know when to expect it. They could knock on our door waking us up at 9am we would rush out to breakfast with our pool stuff and returning to room all tired after 3 hour of swimming and lunch finding that room is not cleaned. With kids in need for afternoon nap at was crazy annoying! I asked on reception for earlier cleaning but they didn’t do anything to help work it. So I solved it myself with cleaning lady ( 20€ tip did magic). Nothing to do with kids except going to pool. Adult “animation” is only Dj music and live singing couple of time per week.We hated that on breakfast and dinner there was no stuff on restaurant reception and we have to wait for several minutes to be escorted to table. After 2 days we just walked to table by ourselves. Sorry but I refuse to wait 5-7 minutes for someone to notice we are waiting ( they have sign “wait to be seated).

Friendly staff, new facilities, clean room, spacious and comfortable

A bit crowded in the pool, the dinner of buffet could be better

    9StefanPosted on: 8-9-2024

This is a lovely hotel with a chilled vibe. No rush for sunbeds but also no inflatables or ball games allowed. Rooms were large and comfortable, excellent beds, large bathroom with separate shower and toilet plus bidet. Many hotel guests were Spanish which we liked with a few French, Germans and British. This gave an international vibe and given the fact that many Spanish chose this (spanish) hotel speaks for itself. It's a good one.

The early breakfast on leaving day was a picnic bag which wasn't brilliant, we would have preferred a slimmed down breakfast in the breakfast room with coffee. We were not asked if we needed a vegetarian option (which we did need).

    10KarenPosted on: 8-8-2024

The breakfast was exceptional. Not many bars restaurants within walking distance .

To be able to leave your sunbed for one hour to go for lunch . Towels are removed after just 20 minutes this is not enough time to go for lunch in pool side bar .
