The breakfast and dinner were good with plenty of food. The position of the hotel is very nice

Everything was ok

It was our second time here and we had a great time. My daughter love feeding animals outside. Swimming pool time is our favourite.

They have limited options for breakfast and dinner which I hope was not the case.

A real winter wonderland just 2 hours drive from Berlin. We got an upgrade to a nice room with a private sauna and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel seems to be loved by families with kids and dogs (it’s pet friendly). There are many trails for hiking and cross-country ski that start right near the hotel. There are also cute farm animals in and around the hotel :)

Facilities require some renovation. It looks like the hotel shall increase the number of personnel

Animals around the hotel are very nice, specially when you travel with kids.Personal is always ready to help and are very polite.Even though infraestructure is very old, it's kept very clean

Food seemed ok at first, but the second day you can already realize that there is very poor variety.Breakfast is always the same.Lunch is very poor (probably as just few people stay for it)Dinner had always the same dessert, and in general the options offered are very simple and look like a "boring day eating at home".

The room and bed where very run down and old along with the rest of the hotel it was not like the pictures on the Internet the whole hotel could use a serious update.

DDR era pansion that needs some refresh and repair

Kids were happy with rabbits!Very good conditions for attractive price.

The room is small but very comfortable. We had one where the sheep are below the window. The saune is available on Fri and SatThe swimming pool is open every dayBoth are freeThe breakfast was great ? There is also additional menu for kids: pancakes, sweet jelly or cake.We also had dinner included into price.Dinner is also a good choice and all food is not ft, so if one follows dietary restrictions, it will be just perfect. Both fish and meat available as well as salads and soups.There are lots of things to do, paths for tracking just behind, animals always here. We heard some sheep at night ? that was great like in a quiet village.

Kindness of employees, location, flexibility

Good breakfast, good dinner and good lunch. Swimming pool ok, but it was limited on usage. We got exactly the room which is in the advertised picture ( room nr. 31 ).

Due to reservation of youth swim club, time usage of swimming pool was very limited.Room is old and bathroom is not comfortable. The access to the room, restaurant, and reception is so complicated.

The swimming pool, the buffet, and the large, newly-renovate, very comfortable quad room.

The Friday night party/concert down the hall was rather loud.

We love this place, it has everything you need to relax.Staff is very friendly, rooms are a bit old-styled but nice and clean.The surrounding area is great for hikes

There could be more vegetarian options at the dinner that is not plain pasta or side salad

Room is a need for refurbishment. Carpet was very dirty. Twin beds are really uncomfortable. Overall, DDR-like vibes all over the place.

Included breakfast is really good. The ski museum inside the hotel is great.

Room cleanliness was subpar - the carpet was very dirty and in a need of replacement.The furniture in our room looked like straight out of DDR era - might as well benefit a lot from refurbishment.

Location is great and the buffet for dinner and breakfast was good quality. Very accommodating of our bobsleigh team to provide us with a garage to store our equipment and sleds.

Cheap. Good breakfast. Enough parking. Electric car charger through ChargePoint. The animals in reception. It’s a hotel that is past its glory. I find that charming but not all will.
