The resort is very relaxing.The food was top notch.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The resort is close to the airport, excellent choice if you don’t wanna waste time in transportation.

The room was 100% clean, but on the 2nd day i found a dead cockroach inside the room, however I understand the nature of the island and that insects can appear sometimes. No mosquitoes or spiders.

It’s very simple and no more choice and the food was warm!

Amazing experience at Grand Park. Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a long South Asia trip and felt like this was a very special place. We booked the all-inclusive option and took advantage of massage services at the spa as well as a snorkeling excursion to see manta rays, but the highlight was relaxing in the porch of our beautiful over water bungalow. There was also fantastic snorkeling just outside our bungalow. The 2 bedroom was so spacious for our family of 5. We really appreciated the fruit basket, champagne, and treats in the room. It was nice to have small amenities like beach sandals and life jackets already in our room also. Our kids enjoyed the resort pool much more than the bungalow pool (too small for kids to enjoy). I think we got a lot of value out of the all-inclusive option, and enjoyed the food options at the 3 restaurants. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and hope I get the chance to one day.

Near to the airport just 25 min speed boat excellent and proficinal smiling staffs and answering and replying to me fast Ocean snorkling was so beutiful and the island was one of the best moments i had with my family definitely will come back again With special thanks to our villa host mister osama was so helpful smiling and helped us to make reservastions and told us about the activities thank you all

The villa near us was so noisy with loud musics and i informed the reception of the number of their room villa hopefully they will talk with them to atleast lower the loud noise of loudy music so we could enjoy the sound of the waves and nature but still loud and noisy

The bungalow, the spa, the pool, the breakfast buffet, and the beaches were incredibly amazing. The little included activities such as henna and wood slice painting were very fun wish there was more. The gym was also a good size and well furnished. The guest service person assigned to us was very nice and attentive. By far the spa was our favorite the hot stone massage in particular. The turtle snorkel was fun even with rough waters.

The food/service was hit or miss at the Breeze bar restaurant. You cannot dine anywhere on the island without spending a $100 for two people and there is no store to buy any food. Having none of the water activities included except snorkeling gear - not even a canoe for an hour was a little disappointing. The wifi was very weak.

Location is very good, only 20mins with shuttle, food is delicious, staff is friendly, would recommend ✨

We were only surprised that ‘all inclusive’ didn’t actually include all the food and drinks but only some of them (at Breeze restaurant).

The water villa we stayed in was top notch, the staff service was friendly and helpful and the facilities (restaurants and water sports) throughout the resort were excellent.

The view and villa were great. The staff were friendly specially out host Osama. The villa was always clean, they clean it twice daily. The pool was excellent, clean and nice.

The restaurant didn’t offer variety of foods in the buffet. Always same dishes was same taste. The food experience was dull to say the least.

Everything you need to buy is expensive and overpriced The best thing is to book full board on such properties and make sure you get everything you need from medicine and groceries before you go

Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and juices. Quality of food at restaurant was fresh. dinner by the sea was always a dream. staff and service was good. speciality drinks were amazing.

Fire House was not up to the mark. Very expensive options, not covered in the All inclusive package. The sushi at the Buffet dinner at The Edge was also not very good.

I liked the staff were very welcoming and friendly,one I met named SAI very interactive and excellent service.

Mixed feelings with this resortPros first as it's only one thing really - Stunning water pool villa! Honestly it's huge. And is actually bigger than it looks in the photos!

Had a guest relations manager who showed me around on the first day to my villa and then never heard from her again which was odd. Slow service! Waited 1.5 hours for my luggage upon arrival and check in and then asked for some things from housekeeping which essentially never arrived , had to ring reception 3-4 times and they seemed rather unbothered to be honest!So service was hit and miss. Only two people that stood out for me were Bala and Jesse who made a real effort with their service.I have stayed in resorts worldwide and for the money I paid for this villa, the villa itself was worth it but not the rest of the resort of the service or let's say the lack of service. I guess that's what happens when you don't book with a well know brand / chain hotel but the prices are right up there!!!15 dollars for a mango juice, 30 dollars for a curry and rice, 50 dollars for shisha - just to give you an idea!! This is insane prices if you want to spend a few nights here after 1500 usd for 3 nights in water villa for one person and then had to pay taxes and transfer by speedboat fee separately. All in all, not worth the price. I would atleast expect good service for this price.lots of issues trying to a late checkout , especially considering low season and the resort is barely at 60% capacity!!

Limited choice of restaurants

Well I read different comments and feedback and was a bit suspicious, but this resort completely met out expectations. And we loved everything starting from the welcoming staff to our Pool Reef villa. In our line of houses our villa was not shaking when the carts were passing by (as it was mentioned in other comments). Buffet was great. We took only breakfast and tried other 2 restaurants, one is Fine dining where the main course was 60-100USD and another more casual where the main course will be around 40 USD (including taxes). It is true, its expensive, but it is like that in all Maldivian resorts, and it should be expected. It is near the airport with 150 USD transfer (where the others will take more than 350 USD if you dont stay for long)I really liked this resort and would highly recommend it.

The delay in answering the phone and calling for buggy sometimes it takes up to 15mins even with the resort not been fully booked in.I would recommend to add small bottles of water that could fit into the fridge.

Receptionist is poor and need more training, they ignored my request ask for buggy and I had to call again it was late more than half hour, even though the island is small, There are only 2 restaurants available for full board package , third restaurant ask for more money and reservation, note full board does not include drinks,Water sports club experience was waste of time and money were we had dolphin trip which cost us 230 dollars for two person to see dolphins but we did not see anything for 2 hours trip in boat that was totally not comfortable chairs it was just awful experience,Private swimming pool is small around 4 meter long which is below average I believe you can not swim in side
